I had my hearing test done today, 06/26/2021, after 2 years gap at Livingston, Plano, TX.Everything went smooth, from check-in to check out. Super nice people, the front desk lady, and the doctor who gave me the test. I pushed ear wax deep in my ear and it’s been bothering me for days. I called and they took me in immediately and Gina fixed my problem in a matter of minutes! Awesome place!

Once I bought the hearing aids like toda after years of ownership they completely Check the working order of them while checking I have no wax build-up that would muffle or block the sound coming into my ears. Great customer service!

Livingston is following cdc guide line. I have been going to Livingston for more then six years on Custer road in Plano Tx. Very happy with service. Always treated me with respect and try to fit me if I call last minute to do adjustments. Very professional front office employee and Hunter took care problem I had with my hearing aid. Checked my ears. Clean my hearing aid made sure it was working good. Took time to explain. This the only place for me. This is my second set I have purchased and very happy.

The audiologists went above and beyond in treatments that improved the quality of my hearing experience. Really love this place. Angelica is awesome and Dr Hunter Gerhart is friendly and very attentive. Cleaned my aides, and checked my ear canal for a wax buildup, and gave me a quick hearing aide exam. They are the best!!!!

Dr. Gerhart is the absolute best. I brought in my 96 year old grandfather, and Dr. Gerhart and the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. My hearing aids were cleaned and the filters were replaced. My hearing was thoroughly checked and the inside of both ears examined. Missing wires that help to hold the aids securely in place were replaced. I was pleased.

This is the best Hearing Center Ive experienced. Dr. Hunter Gerhart is the best doctor, he is so caring and really listened to my concerns about my hearing loss. He precisely adjusted my new hearing aids several times to make them work perfectly to my needs. Also the girls in the office and the doctors assistant go out of their way to get me an appointment as soon as possible and help me with questions, they are very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend the Livingston hearing aid center and Dr. Gerhart to anyone who needs hearing aids.

For some reason the hearing aid in my right ear quit working. I took both devices to Livingston Hesring Aid center. A technician cleaned both devices and I can hear thru both ears.

Dr. Owen is fantastic! She has taken the time to show my clients how to properly put in their hearing aids and also see that aids that were purchased elsewhere are repaired with no charge. Her professionalism as well as the rest of the staff is miles above their competitors in the area. I went to Livingston for my annual hearing exam. Met with Dr. Hunter Gerhart who is wonderful! I suffered a 35% hearing loss caused by a medication. Angelica at the front desk is pleasant, friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking! Highly recommend Dr. Gerhart!

Stellar experience! When I first came for a hearing test at LHAC Plano I didnt realize how cheerfully, expertly and passionately Dr. Haley Owen and her staff would help me each time I returned for adjustments or routine service. My experience with the first hearing aid was so excellent that when my other ear needed help I didnt hesitate to return to Dr. Haley and LHAC.

If you value your time DON`T go to this office. I call them yesterday to schedule appointment for my mom and specifically ask if the accept Medicaid. I ask 3 time to MAKE ASURE and they set yes we do. I took half day off the job and bring my mom to this office. After check in, doctor set sorry but we dont accept this Medicaid.
