Dr. Zhu is such a kindhearted person. She went above and beyond during my visit. She went through all my options for hearing aids and even showed me how to clean it, put the battery in, etc. I am definitely going to be going to her from now on for all my hearing-related care.

If you need to remove your earwax, no need to struggle to find for an available appointments from thousands of doctors. Dr. Zhu is a great professional and has a lot of experience. I had a very serious hearing issue because of earwax. It was almost impossible to find aan available doctors before 4th July and I found her. She accepted me immediately and took care of me. Now I can hear very well and ready for holiday :)

In June of 2017, my elderly dad had hearing loss and needed a hearing aid. He only speaks Chinese, and we were fortunate to find Dr. Zhu. Her ability to communicate with him in Chinese was very helpful, but more importantly she had professional knowledge, and was very careful and considerate to our questions and concerns. She always tried to give us economic solutions, and as a result we were able to select the most appropriate hearing aid. These devices require initial adjustments, and whenever we asked for a visit, she always found time for us the next day - she was very accessible and patient focused. My dad is happy with the hearing aid he got from Dr. Zhu, and appreciates the service afterward.
