I missed my first appointment (and no day-before notifications (email or phone) at all) and a guy called me asking what happened and just said forget it! and then hang up. I called back and asked if he just hang up on me and told me yes I did! and then hang up again. I asked if I can get his name and he said no you cant. Very disappointed! Need better customer service in this trying times.
