Requested hearing aid check and had an appointment within a week. Tested, given results and recommendations in one session. Hearing aids were tweaked based on the tests, but I was also warned to wear my aids every day to keep from losing more comprehension. Im trying to remember to do that. Am hearing MUCH better since my session with Dr. Sharp. Whatever changes she made to the aids via her computer really helped. Also, she is a very pleasant person who is responsive to questions and concerns. Her office manager is also responsive and efficient.

Dr. Sharp was extremely patient with me. Which I very much appreciated. She was very knowledgeable with all the different types of hearing aids. She made it easy for me to transition into my new hearing aids.

Had suspected i needed to get my hearing checked for awhile. This place was recommended by my work health plan. Test went quickly and showed that I could probably benefit from a hearing aid. They recommended the brand and model that i had already researched and decided on as the best. Ordered them and made another appointment to have them tuned. The difference between real hearing aids and the generic ones from amzn is pretty amazing. Pricey for sure but worth it to understand my ESL coworkers and low-talking boss better.

Dr. Sharp and staff are professional in every way! They make it very easy to understand the entire process from testing to fitting of the hearing aids. I am 73 years of age and have significant hearing loss. After Dr. Sharp adjusted my new hearing aids, my world changed...I can hear conversations that I couldnt before and I can hear the TV at normal volume (my wife loves that part). I purchased a hidden ear very expensive aid. She assured me it was one of the best and it was for first year in warranty. It was showing a hole in the side when they made it was thin. She called the company and from conversation it sounded like they would repair if she would send in and add a new mold. Well instead of her trying to make it right she wanted $500 to do the mold about a 15 min job. I would not do it. Right after my aid fell on floor and broke i half too thin. She is not a person that I would recommend as she is only interested in herself not you as a patient. BEWARE. Lloyd
