Hands down the best in Plano!  Our family feels so grateful to have found this wonderful staff & clinic. If we could have given 10 out of 5 stars - we would. Dr. Celia McCormick is outstanding & excellent at her profession. Dr Stephanie is amazing. She helped my teenage son get hearing aids after losing hearing after a failed surgery. She recommended a surgeon who performed two surgeries and he regained hearing in both ears to normal ranges. So grateful for great care!

I have had a moderate to profound hearing loss since birth. Ive been going to audiologists for all of my life and I have to say this is the most helpful place that Ive ever been. They are always very nice, attentive and immediately address my needs.

Both Dr. McCormick and Dr. Afghan are very good at working with you to make sure your hearing aids are programmed properly and that you understand how to use your hearing aids. In an era where technology is getting more complicated than ever as it attempts to do more for you, both women are very competent in this field. However, we need to understand that we need to work with them to help us achieve our hearing goals.😀

A bizarre experience; my hearing was damaged there. Get a recommendation for a audiologist through a friend or doctor. The Texas Department of Health received a complaint from me and had opened a case. The audiologists there exhibited little compassion and caring which are traits necessary in the medical field. I made one of my biggest mistakes by patronizing this business. My advice is to refrain from going there if you need this type of service. I also filed a report with the Plano Police Department. I am still looking for a lawyer but when the damage is not visible its difficult to prove. Its difficult to believe that their doors are still open for business. This happened to me in 2015 and thankfully Ive habituated to the tinnitus inflicted on me by the owner because she said I called and asked too many questions and she found that bothersome. I hope that she will get the help she needs to learn to treat others with generosity of spirit. Isnt there a way to rate this business less than one star?

Ive been going to Dr. McCormick for about 10 years. She has been excellent, knowledgeable and informative. She takes the time to answer any questions and makes proper changes as needed in my hearing aids. I cant imagine going to anyone else. Very professional operation.

Have had hearing loss since childhood. These professionals took care of me when I finally admitted it was a problem. Not only did they provide good clinical care, they gave me price points on the new devices, so I could pick the ones that represented the best value for me. I have been to the office three times since my initial sequence of care, and the courtesy and service always are exceptional.

Dr. McCormick is very helpful and super easy to talk to! I get pretty nervous about any kind of medical visit, but she really is sincere in wanting you to get the best care and be comfortable.
