My initial call was answered promptly and each of my questions were thoroughly addressed by a caring staff member. My medical needs have been met beyond my expectations. I have been suffering for more than a year with vertigo and hearing loss. I was immediately tested, treated, and fit for a hearing aid. My quality of life is much better and I feel wonderful. When you are not feeling well it helps to have this team on your side. I am grateful.

After many years of going to concerts, I would always leave with ringing in my ears so much that it would prevent me from falling asleep. Dr. Dunkin fixed me up nicely with some concert/musician custom fitted earplugs. The filter in them is magical. It doesnt obstruct any of the music or singing, it just takes away the ear piercing decibels that cause the ringing! Super nice building and a great staff!

I highly recommend Owens Ear Center. They give you personal attention and all the information you will need in order to make the best choice and decision. The staff is very caring and professional. I personally dealt with Ryan Dunkin and was very impressed with his knowledge and desire to handle my needs and he was eager to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Once I purchased my hearing aids, I found that Ryan was available to discuss any issues that came up and help me work through them. He continues to be ready to assist me. These are very important reasons to consider once you are ready to make this move. Excellent care prior is good, but personal attention after you purchase is a rare find.

My experience with the center was definitely more than expected. The customer service and competency was impressive. My husband, Reed, was having problems with his old hearing aids. Dr. Dunkin provided him with new hearing aids, and explained all the amazing things that can be done with them. He has been very helpful in answering all of our many questions regarding the new technology related to his new hearing aids. Dr. Dunkin is an amazing audiologist! I have used him for over 8 years and have had nothing but excellent results. Just this past week my hearing aid quit working. I called his office and he immediately picked up. I left the hearing aid overnight and he called me the next morning and said he had fixed it, no charge. Truly excellent customer service!

I came to this office because I followed my audiologist Ryan Dunkin from his previous office some years ago. I recomend Ryan without hesitation to anyone who needs or wears hearing aids. He is patient, kind, thorough and unflappable. He responds to emails and calls promptly, and works hard to make time for me whenever something comes up unexpectedly, and always has a solution to my problem. I do appreciate that he does not nickle and dime me to death. It is actually a very inconvenient drive for me to come up here because I have moved downtown. But I would fly to wherever he goes to keep Ryan as my audiologist!
