I called Chapman Air for a tune-up of my Air Conditioner. The office called when the technicians were driving out, and they arrived at the appointed time. They were very nice and told me everything they were doing. Kind and respectful are the words I would use, and in no time my air conditioners were ready for summer. i will recommend them to everyone that I know. Thank you for such great service. I did not put Excellent, because I NEVER give anyone excellent service.

We recently called Chapman to service my mothers a/c system. She is a senior citizen and on a fixed income, so we are very particular about service companies. I have to say, we were very pleased with the service! The technician was very polite and took the time to explain the system to my mom. We will definitely call them again!

I had Chapman Air replace a complete air conditioning and heating system in my home recently. They arrived on time and were very careful about keeping the work area clear and clean at all times. When the system was installed they walked us through what they had done and showed us how to operate the thermostat and asked if we had any questions. They were very courteous, professional and patient (with all our questions) throughout the complete install process. We also purchased a maintenance agreement for the system to be inspected and tuned up twice a year and to keep it within warranty. We were more than pleased with their help and service and have reccomended them to several friends who had similar experiences.

The absolute best in equipment, staff- we LOVE our Trane! Notice I didnt say repair. We havent had any since contacting Chapman Air & Heat and installing our Trane almost 5 years ago. The recommendations they made pre-installation helped our energy prices greatly and when other repairmen come through the attic or yard, it is frequently commented on that we put in a good system. Techs are knowledgeable and very courteous.

Absolutely the gutter trash of A/C repair. After a 400$ quote to replace my capacitor I asked the technichian, would the unit then lay golden eggs? This is a pitiful company preying on undereducated consumers to further their crimes. Dont let them come to your house you will regret it. Companys like this need to be outted, so they will go out of buisness from negative feedback. This is the next step in Chapmans heating and air
