This was an good place to stop for ice cream. They have some unique flavor combinations and the ice cream is really good but the concept is hard to understand. The kids working there were really helpful but it is too complicated. I dont get the breakfast cereal in the ice cream process. It was good a tad pricey but it was ice cream on a hot night in Texas.

My friend brought me here as she’s been there before and had great reviews about their black velvet ice cream. The customer attendant was very nice and her tired to help me figure which flavor I’d like as I don’t really like too much sweets so I was about to try different flavors until I found the perfect one strawberry shortcake crunch 😋😋. I would Definitely come back here and recommend others!!

I got the milky donut with coffee and creme ice cream. The donut was absolutely delicious and the place was very authentic. My only concern is that the employees were touching multiple items (cash, iPad and credit cards) then preparing the food. Covid 19 guidelines werent really being followed. Other than that, I strongly recommend giving this place a try!

Surely $7 ice cream isn’t worth it, you say. You’re wrong. It totally is.Great service if it’s your first time to walk you through the menu. Cookie butter ice cream with crunch pebbles and almonds was a win for me. It was also quite busy for a very rainy Saturday evening, but it would be worth the wait and the calories!

Absolutely LOVE Milky Treats ice cream! My husband and I had them cater at our wedding in lieu of having a grooms cake and it was a HIT. The line was so long because everyone was raving about how delicious the ice cream was. Nico and Karmen are amazing to work with!! I would highly recommend their catering service to anyone.

What to say... Small, hidden in a corner of a shopping complex next to dry cleaning service. If you blink, youll miss it. I only went for ube ice cream, which happens to be my favorite. Would I go again, yep, strictly for the ube. If you dont know what it is, its Filipino purple sweet potato. ❤️💯‼️🇵🇭

It was like having treats of heaven. I was able to make best choice of flavor through generous sampling. Milky donuts are a thing to definitely try at this place. The icecream cones are also heavily loaded. Best icecream parlour I have been to till day. Definitely recommend this to icecream lovers. Would visit here a thousand more times.

I tried MILKYTREATS for the first time yesterday with my husband. We visited on a mid Sunday afternoon. The place was not busy at all. We were greeted right away, which I think nowadays is very rare. I was impressed already! The store was clean, and has a very Instagrammy vibe to it. The young man behind the counter explained the sizes, flavors, and options. He explained they offer scoops, cup or waffle cone, soft serve, milk shakes, or a sandwich- where the ice cream is in between glazed donuts. He gave us a sample to try. Again, very surprised and pleased since most young people dont talk or greet you at all. I wish we would have asked his name to let the manager know he was doing a great job. We decided to share a single scoop in a cup to try it out. We chose the U-bae flavor. It was a vibrant purple color. I was a little hesitant because of that. Usually if there is food coloring you can taste the coloring. Let me just say, we were very surprised about how good it was! Flavor was excellent, not too sweet, and it was so rich and milky- hence the name MILKYTREATS. Couldnt detect any food coloring flavor. It was really good. We devoured it in minutes. We were going to go back in and get another scoop, but decided to wait for another visit. You know how when you eat something so good, you feel guilty about eating it? It was like that. MILKYTREATS has a cute vibe, the ice cream tastes like they use quality ingredients, and its absolutely delicious. We cant wait to try the other flavors. We are definitely going back. If youre looking for quality ice cream, I recommended this ice cream shop. You should try it!

Came here tonight, out of donuts and several options for shake. What’s the point of being open when you don’t have main menu items available? To top it off, the kids working the joint were anything but pleasant. Almost felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Not coming back. Too many other places to get ice cream with menu items in stock and better service. hope the owner actually runs this place properly.

It is so unique and so delicious I almost hate it cuz i love it so much. Please if you can Milky Treats...EXPAND ! Open more locations! Preferably south, closer to Dallas...you guys would kill it down here!

I like to order the swirl - which consists of vanilla ice cream with 2 add-ins. You can add a flavored ice cream of your choice for an additional fee. I’ve always had great service here too!

This ice cream shop is lit AF. They got a bunch of unique and fun ice cream flavors. All of which are super creamy and delicious. The design and atmosphere is very modern and clean. Its a little hidden but I think theyre going for that whole hidden gem/ hipster vibe. A true hidden gem in Plano. So glad we found this place.

Glad we found this place today. Really fun flavors and toppings to choose from! Caden and Colin were really helpful. They explained all of the options and allowed my girls to try samples before choosing what they wanted. I particularly appreciate the fact that the store was really clean and employees were wearing masks.

This place will forever be my choice for ice cream. Delicious!! Tried one of the speciality flavors and the milky donut- both were sooo good! I only got a picture of one... and only because I paused halfway through eating it. Yummy yummy place! I found it totally by accident and it turned out to be great. I enjoyed the ice dream inside of a dount(which was soft and delicious) and my son had the unicorn brownie, also a great flavor. Will definitely go back there.

The first thing youll notice about these ice creams are the vivid colors and the pop culture/tik tok nicknames. We had a hard time choosing (too many yummy options) and left with 4 different kinds to try. We loved aaaall of them. My favorite was the thot-tea-ona (black tea and lavender). Definitely get your ice cream fix here!

Phenomenal flavors!! We ordered a double scoop (U-bae and strawberry) salted caramel milk shake, waffle cone filled with chocolate swirl and took home a pint of U-bae. Being Filipina, its hard to find a good ube ice cream but theirs is so good!! We spent around $34 and some change. To some that is a bit pricey but to me, the unusual flavors are worth it. My swirl was so smooth and creamy!! Been searching for the right texture and flavor and Milky Treats nailed it! The waffle cone was crispy, light, flavorful and tasted fresh!! The young lady taking orders was a hustler!! She pleasantly answered our questions even though the line was building up behind us.Reasons for 3 stars...1. Well the service was slow. Only 2 people working the counter. We waited 20 min for our order. At around 15min, a 3rd guy shows up to help ease the long line.2. Came here for the soft serve. Online photos looked great with high swirls but mine was about a full swirl and a half tall.3. I think the guy mixing the shakes and swirls was a newbie to the crew. He seemed unsure of what he was doing.4 The worst part was a blonde hair was mixed in my swirl which I discovered halfway in with my swirl as I had to remove it from my mouth...GROSS!! The color matched the guys hair that made my swirl. 😳🤮🤢😵I love the originality of this ice cream shop. Its a much needed change to the traditional ice cream/yogurt shops around town. Worth trying this place out. Even though it was not 5 star worthy, the U-bae favor alone will keep me coming back. But PLEASE make sure the hair doesnt get mixed in with the products unless its part of the flavor 🥴🤯😬

First visit last night after finding good reviews. Was pretty impressed with a friendly staff and incredibly tasty ice cream. The owner was welcoming and made my wife and I fresh waffle cones. She made it a personable experience and asked our names. Addressed us by our names and made us feel valued customers. I loved the simplicity of the menu and gave that feedback to the owner. Their ice cream is made in house and tastes amazing. The best in the area hands down. We are going to be regulars here now.

OMG! This is the coolest and cutest little ice cream shop in Dallas! Found this hidden gem last night while driving home and everything was AMAZING!. They have the friendliest and chillest staff working there. The ice cream is all made in house and you can even get it in between a warm pressed donut! The cookie butter was heaven. Theyre the only ones in Dallas that has these cereal infused swirls which is what I ended up getting and it was sooo delish! The interior was also on point. Had a very hip and modern vibe. Highly recommend this place!

Visited them just under a week ago and Carmen and Niko provided superb customer service. It was our first time there and we were eagerly greeted by Carmen. Niko let us sample as many flavors as we needed to, never once looking irritated. Carmen helped us by taking pictures for us and she interacted with our kids, wishing my daughter a happy birthday, when she realized it was her birthday. While we were there, we witnessed the same level of service with another patron.Our family felt very welcome at Milky Treats, and we will definitely be returning. Im typically just a vanilla or vanilla mixed with caramel kinda gal so I didnt particularly like the other ice cream flavors. I had the vanilla and I believe it was called salted caramel and I loved those. My husband got the donut ice cream sandwich with chocolate ice cream and it was delicious!

Great boutique ice cream treats without the boutique price. All the ice cream is made in house. You can have it straight up, as a shake, mixed in with other toppings or in a donut. Tastes more rich and creamy rather than sweet and sugary. There are several unique flavors along with classics. Great customer service too.
