I ordered a couple of cakes last week and my experience with Treatz bakery was really great. Raj, the cake specialist was very patient and well spoken through out the process. The rasmalai cake was the best! The design and colors could have been better, but I gave 5 stars because he was able accommodate my last moment changes very patiently and without any hesitation. If you ever think of getting a rasmalai cake (all their other cakes are fresh, flavorful and melt in the mouth), this is the place for you!

Treatz Bakery made my cousins daughters birthday cake and all I can say is “wow”….They went above and beyond with the whole idea and the cake was delicious. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back for more.

The cake was a hit. The chef Raj was very accommodating in terms of the design, timeline and the taste. The cake itself was very light, moist and fresh.

We are hooked! Partibun made my husband’s birthday cake and later, for our close friend. They made a theme cake for my son too.The cake’s taste, texture, icing, flavors are just perfect! The staff is really nice too and they delivered our cakes on time on special request. We don’t go to any other bakery after finding this one.

It’s cakes are good. I have tried on a child’s birthday. After that only I searched the bakery and went there. I am little disappointed after visiting because I found difficulty in reaching this bakery as it looks closed from outside and the entry is from peacock restaurant. Plus, their menu which is available on google map is outdated. They do not have wraps and other products that they have mentioned in their menu. They should update their menu.But cakes are yummy.

I ordered a theme cake with butter scotch flavor. They took theme pic from me. But they didnt made the exact one. They made The worst(taste) cake a have ever had. Tastes very bad because of the colour they used for creame.

I am so thankful to have found the best bakery around the corner on Ohio & McDermott Rd!Treatz plano has many pastry options and also bigger sized cake options along with various other spicy snack items to choose from.The best part compared to Bawarchi bakery just south of here is the speed and personal attention the staff provided.I took the 1 pound cake to a cousins for dessert after dinner!! Everyone just loved it so much! Treatz plano rocks!

Called and they said that they would reject my online order because they were busy after I called to ask a question. The employee said the owner didn’t care and when I asked when they were available he said he didn’t know. I asked for his name and he said raggo? He literally said got to go bye. The worst service.

I tried black forest and mango flavored cake. Both were melting in mouth. It was so yummy 😋!! If youre cake lover please try it here .

Triple Chocolate mousse cake was amazingly good. It just melted in our mouth. The whole cake was gone in 10mins. It was absolutely perfect!! My dad couldn’t stop raving about the how perfect the taste was.This cake wasn’t even in their standard menu, it was just a random cake I looked up online and asked for it and they made my sweet tooth extremely happy.It’s takes true skill to have multiple thick flavored layers of mousse sit on top of each other without gelatin and stay that way soo long . The chef did a fantastic job at it.Truly nailed it at every level.It was moist, flavorful and perfectly decorated cake!I try to find more reasons to celebrate so I can order more cakes from you... that’s how much I love them.I also ordered their chocolate mousse and i loved it.Now i keep ordering one almost every month and my friends are soo hooked as well!

The food at treats bakery is sooooo good and superb. I purchased a couple pastries for my family and they enjoyed too much. I recommend the black forest cake, it was too good. Will definitely be coming back.

Ok and below average bakery. There are better bakery shop around there in Plano. The front lady does not know when the cake is baked(how old) when we ask how old, she says she dont know, chef cooks. I am sure that they dont bake everyday.

Very bad experience. Ordered pineapple cake here and the staff here was very rude when asked about piping for name on cake he asked to do it yourself and the cake was not fully baked (lacks basic cake baking skills) and the icing was not done right which made the taste horrible.

Cake is too good and icing was awesome. We tried butterscotch and pistachio flavor and both were equally good. 😊

I would give 0 rating, I didn’t like the cake. I ate Black Forest cake in Hyderabad and even in Herndon VA it was good but this one is worst quality. They should prepare fresh cakes.

The front lady at your bakery is so rude to take order. She doesn’t know anything about cakes and says chef knows it. So much of bad attitude I would definitely want everyone to not waste your time by stepping yourself there! Very bad customer service!

Entered establishment and found its nothing like their website! No ice cream, very few other desserts. Employee looked like she didnt want to be there.

If I have option to give negative review, I would prefer -5. This is because of the way they answered that they are not taking any orders. Arrogant answer by the lady who was at the counter. Will never go or recommend anyone.

One of the most un-organized places ever !! Cancelled my order after calling in at 6.30PM - they asked to come in 15 mins... waited from 7 till 7.40 and eventually canceled the order . The lady on the Counter seemed sorry for this but its horribly un-organised !!

I never wrote a review about anything before.But im glad to write one on this bakery. Im out of Texas and couldnt celebrate my friends birthday.So I ordered a cake from this bakery as he is fond of Indian flavors. The owner Mr. Raghu is so generous as he delivered the cake to my friend just before midnight and surprised him with Balloons, even though they actually dont have delivery service.My friend was soo happy and as expected, the cake was delicious and was made exactly like as ordered. Thank you so much Raghu Garu for all your help.I appreciate that a lot. will be there again soon.

Tried samosa and it was having really bad smell, definitely was not fresh enough to be sold to customers. Owner should not be so profit oriented to sell such non hygiene foods to customers at the cost of their health!

I ordered a cake yesterday and told me to pick up anytime after 4pm. I showed up at almost 5pm and the door was closed. I left a voicemail and no return either. I bought the cake at somewhere else. Very disappointing!
