This is a great place to ship things. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also, super helpful with the huge return I had. They had a cart to put it on right by the entrance door ready for use. They even helped me put it on and took it for me because I wanted to move my car out of the handicap parking in front.

This a wonderful experience. The customer service rep was so pleasant and very helpful. There were some items on clearance and he offered to check the sale price for me. There was a manager on duty that greeted me. Overall most Fed X office staff are pleasant but this one, I would say is exceptional

Jerry helped me from the beginning to the end. He provided extra bubble wraps and taped my shipment for me. Dropping off package has never been easier!

The staff at this location does not have adequate training and can not read a packing label when you pick up a package from their location. The person working the counter doesn’t know how to reading a label when you pick up your item. I hope Tim gets his stuff together to offer better service and keep me from making multiple trips to get my items picked up.

Upon arrival I was greeted and helped out right away. Tim was particularly outstanding as he handled my packages efficiently while carrying a pleasant conversation. In a matter of minutes I saw him care for me, another customer, and a coworker, without slowing down on his work (speak of rockstar multitasking!). He went above and beyond and was so nice to me that it truly made my day. I thought it was going to be a regular package drop off but it ended up being the highlight of my day. I commend Tim’s professional skill on customer service and his contagious positive energy. The world needs more Tim’s :)

Asked for help by an old afro lady with highlights and glasses to deliver a package and she cut me off while giving her the address multiple times with attitude. She rushed me to the point where I was too uncomfortable to finish the transaction and just cancelled it. Never had such low quality customer service here. Hopefully ends up having a better day.

I came in to figure out and use the fax. I use a fax once a year for taxes, so I naturally forget how to use it for the next year, and just stumble through the process. However, popping into this fedex I was greeted warmly and kindly helped by Tim. Without hesitation he jumped in and made this year SO. MUCH. EASIER!! Thank you for kindly taking the time to help me use, granted, a simple machine, but one I never use on the regular. The kindest, most helpful fedex!

Very poor customer service at this fedex. Had a couple easy questions. Was ready to purchase a new box to accommodate my return and I needed to reprint my label (that was already paid for). The team member had no interest in helping. In the past, if I had a label or box issue the attendant would offer to accept the label via email and reprint, especially if I was buying an item. This was my intention.I left and went to the fedex on preston and park where they reprinted my label and helped provide the appropriate box, which I paid for. Glad I went there.

I’m Tim is amazing! I have been a GM for Walmart for nine years and now an accountant. I tell you what every time someone came into the door as Tim was helping me he acknowledge every single person he such a delightful employee and outstanding customer service you were so lucky to have him as an employee. I gave him a special mask that was made for a special person. He is truly a delighted amazing individual.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I only came in to drop a package off and asked if my box would be Ok since it was repurposed. I asked twice and the person said nothing to me only took the box and handed me a receipt after I asked for one.If you need help with anything this may not be be the best location to visit.

First time ever coming in and when I ask for assistance I was meet with a rude sarcastic employee by the name Brandy. She belittled me and humiliated me in front of her peers.

This was from a few weeks ago. Came in here for a second time. The moment I walked in, Melody recognized me even though she had only helped me for a few minutes the first time. She was genuinely happy to see me. And that sincerity made my night. Her and Tim were so helpful and kind to everyone the first time I came in (even though it was a busy night that night). And they were just as much so the second time. I dont live in the area, but pass through a few times a month. I can see myself making the trip to ship something from here, going forward

I had the pleasure of working with a great customer service rep for Kinkos named Bryan. He was professional, kind-hearted answering the many questions I had, very smart and thorough. I called from out of state to get a presentation done for an event in Dallas that my producer partner will pick up. Bryan got it done in record time. Would go to this Kinkos again if I could work with him every time. Great employee.

Unfortunately today was a trial at the FedEx office. I tried to ship 3 packages internationally. It took just at an hour to get the computer (or network) to function properly. In the end it all worked out, but time lost was not acceptable. Usually this particular store would get a rating of 5. The workers are always incredibly accommodating. The loss of stars is due soley to equipment malfunction and nothing to due with the actual service provided by the employee.

Very friendly always recommended going there sence 5 years never unhappy and they are always smiling and greeting everyone.

The females who works there has really poor customer service. They did not greet me, nor asked me if I needed any assistance when I am standing there in front of them trying to figure out how to use there fax machine. After 5 mins of standing there I decided to asked them for help. The female in the front just kind of looked at me but didn’t saying anything to me and the one in the back decided to help. Then I was told that the fax machine is not working and there’s no time frame on when it’ll be fixed. They need to get it fixed or at least put an out of service sign and pay attention to the customers so we won’t have to waste our time there. The only one that was friendly was the male employee who was cleaning and left.

This location had my shoes package opened and stolen. I got an empty box inside. It was broken and re-sealed by regular tape. Employee only gave me customer service number and told me to claim through their service, they couldn’t do anything. Im very disappointed with this service.

These guys are great! I came in at 7:30pm with some poster prints I needed for the following morning. Randi and Sam did a fantastic job and ensured that I was happy with my prints. They even re-ran them on glossy after printing on matte (which was what I had originally requested) so that the images looked their best. Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I walk in an empty store at 10:15. Im the only customer there, employees Martins and another lady sitting around on their phones doing nothing, was not greeted or asked to wait. This goes on for 5 minutes, then the phone rings and he answers the call, still the store is empty. I see this place doesnt value my business, will NEVER do anything at this location.

I am constantly shipping packages out and every time I go to this location the service is AMAZING. Martins is the sweetest gentleman ever and goes out of his way to get all your questions answered. I live in McKinney and drive down to Plano just for the amazing service he provides!!!

Tim is AMAZing. He, hands-down, is THE BEST customer service associate in all of DFW, if not beyond.Ive been a patron of this store for decades. Tim has Always been super courteous, super polite, super kind, super cheerful, and super! helpful. Always. This Fedex has exemplary customer service! The employees are always kind and helpful; and they go out of their way to take care of you. The store is clean and spacious, and the 2 self printers are functioning every time I go in to print. This fedex made me hate printing documents a little less :)

The staff - Erika, Tim and Mr Drobek - are friendly and very helpful. I needed to print a couple of documents and was going to do it the old fashioned way - print from a PC.However, they were having some difficulty with the printer, and suggested two other options for me to print by using a copier, which they said would be much less expensive.You can now print documents directly from your Google Drive, or you can send them as attachments to a particular FedEx email address.Although it was fairly busy there, being close to 5 pm on a weekday, they didnt hesitate to help. Great customer service!

Over the years, 2000-2017, these guys have always been nice to me and helpful. When they were Kinkos and this continued as FedEx Office. Theyve worked with me through my Associates, Bachelors and Masters degrees, whether it was small print jobs, to PowerPoint handouts, laminated documents, right on down to, funeral program printing, and baby picture printing... Theyve always come through for us, and I have never been spoken to in a rude manner by anyone working there.

I will never return to this location. The clerks were very unfriendly (bordering on rude) and they did not care to help me ship my oddly-shaped item in the most cost-effective way, despite my asking. Their demeanor was that of “I don’t want to be here and you are inconveniencing me”. The guy clerk I have had in the past and he was very nice, but not so much for the female clerk who “assisted” me. Considering there are several other shipping stores in the area, I will not be coming back.

My wife tried disputing there and both men working talked over her and at me (even though she was talking) so she walked away. They ended up telling me they couldnt help, and I should call 800-GO-FEDEX. When I called the never ending options phone number referenced, I finally got hold of someone who passed me back to store staff who questioned whether I had the right store, particularly when I called out the sexist attitude of the men. Waste of multiple days dealing with a simple print job. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I use this all the time for Fax and sometimes copy because I live close by. But dont expect quick personal service. There will usually be three to five people waiting for service, only one person at the front and two or three people working on projects. Sure they are friendly. But if you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go.Worst of all, if you want to reach them on the phone, the extension number to use is NINE (9), not zero as it is with every other system in the United States of America. It cost me three phone calls on my cell phone before I finally could get through the menus to a live person. First, you have to listen to the introductory message out of which you can not click. Then it goes through a long series of menu selections as if you are sending packages or receiving packages. And this is KINKOS!!! It is a COPY place! Finally, the last menu option (after you have been waiting for almost 60 seconds) is to click NINE (not zero) to speak with a human being...if they have time to answer the phone.Damn, I had time to drive over there by the time I was able to reach a human being!!! Whats the deal, Kinkos? Cant you just use ZERO, the same shortcut on every phone system in the USA??Now I know why I always ship UPS!!!

Ive gone three for three at this place with bad service and extraordinarily high prices. Yes, Kinkos has always had high prices but you pay the premium for convenience right? Not at this place. I submitted a print online job this morning at 9 am. At 10:45 am they said it wasnt supposed to be ready until noon and there wasnt another soul in the shop, no machines were running. I said Id be back in 20 minutes could they have it ready by then? 20 minutes later the clerk says she cant open the file (.pdf). Maybe if they had started the job when it was submitted they could have figured that out and called me. hmmm.One time error? nope. Been in here two times before and received similar treatment. No need to waste your time here.

If you have the choice between this location and the one on Preston, drive over to the one at Preston. Customer service is quite lacking here.
