This was a 5 star review first, then on another occasion they gave me milk instead of almond milk, now this I haven’t tasted the coffee yet, and is mostly empty. I love how convenient this Starbucks is and people working there are awesome, but this was not cool.

Come early always a line but the Pike Place makes everything better at least for me

This is a very convenient location and the inside is nicely set up but since the day this one opened the service has been incredibly slow and inconsistent. The drive-through always takes at least 15-20 min to get through no matter how many cars are in line. I’ve had only two cars ahead of me before and still taking a very long time to get my order. They often mess up my order and I have to have them redo it, and my orders are simple and straight from the menu. You can honestly drive to the one off of sunrise and pine Island and get your order faster than the time it would take you to wait for some thing from this location.

They did not give me my full order and when I called they acknowledged that they forgot to give me half my order. I asked them to credit me the forgotten portion of the order as I was not able to turn around, they told me they could not until I returned. I explained I was on a way to a tournament and would not be back this way, but was told when I came back this way to come in for refund. I DO NOT live in this area and am traveling and wont be back this way, but I guess that doesnt matter. One olway of stealing afor raking someones money and not providing the product.

No inside seating. Outside tables were dirty. Was there 1hr plus and never saw an employee come to clean a table between customers. Drinks were excellent

This is the second time we came to this Starbucks and the last. Coffee is watered down, they dont offer stirrers (have to ask for them) or granulated brown sugar. The chairs outside were wet, so theres no place to sit. We asked if they could dry one small table outside and two chairs and some kid came out and wiped the chairs with humid cloth, so he didnt do the job of drying the chairs or the table. Lots of chatter, lots on employees, talking to themselves, little concern for the customer needs. We will not come back here again. Get them all retrained.

The worst service ever,store # 3429 on North Pine Island Road at 11am they are so focus on drive thru customers than the customers that park and go inside, its my daughters favorite place she sees this Starbucks advertise on tiktok this white mocha brew coffee with caramel drizzle, well supposed we ordered wrong so that girl that was helping us instead of fixing the drink wanted us to wait to she fill all the orders she said people are waiting, she said you got charged less i didnt care about paying more its the fact where is your customer service i told her to refund my money i was very upset and disappointed i left, that i wasnt going to wait even longer, feeling bad for my daughter we drove to another Starbucks different attitude she got her drink the way she wanted with not a problem at all .

Opened for over a year and they still have “trainees”. That’s their excuse for terrible service. They consistently get simple orders wrong, and the drive thru can be as long as 30-35 minutes. They take about 5-7 minutes per car. So do the math. Find another location.

This location is awesome. I usually place my order through the app and pick it up inside or via drive thru and its always been fresh and ready to go. This place is always busy so ordering ahead definitely makes things easier.

Ordered caramel macchiatos they were not right. They redid one and it was still wrong. I wasnt going to wait anymore since I just waited in the drive thru line for 15 min

Nice location and staff. They need to improve on waiting time for drive through. I timed it for a week and it is always more than 25 mins to enter in and exit. They need to come with new innovative solution to make this faster. Like send some one outside for taking orders or have 2 lanes etc. I love my cafe misto here but waiting time is just too much.

This is the 2nd time I have been “ told off” by Starbucks employees when they are wrong. Today I waited 20 minutes for a drink that was not correct the. The so- called Manager ( Justin) told me to get out and to take my money back.When has SB employees become so rude.No more for me paying this much for coffee then dealing with rude, unappreciative Starbucks employees.

I admit, I go to Starbucks too much since I feel like everybody here knows me, or at least of me, but this one has been by far the best I’ve ever been to. I have one not even 5 minutes away from my house, but I’d rather drive the 10 to get to this one. Everybody there is always so friendly no matter what time of the day. One partner, Oliver, is outstanding and always makes me smile. I’m pretty sure they know who I am whenever I come. They wished me a good shift at work today, and it meant a lot to me to hear this morning. 5 stars isn’t enough! :)

Worst Starbucks bad service employee so rude I order mocha with no cream and he gives me with cream I said I order with no cream and he didn’t change the drink he just tried to take the cream out in the same cup and still cream in there I will never go there again ew

Very disappointed everyday I see a commercial for a strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino and I drive out of my way to go to Starbucks and they dont have it at this location.. You would think an item that they are advertising heavily they would stay fully stocked of.. Very poor management

This place has a super sloooooow drive through service. One of the slowest in the area I would say. This location has messed up my order twice in the past. Even if you have ordered ahead and join the drive through line, it will take forever. And the best part people will block the inlets and outlets with their vehicles.

I love this Starbucks. Its in a convenient location and staff is so nice. However, this morning 10/15/2020 8:15am Starbucks was open. This evening 7:30pm 10/15/2020 Starbucks had signs posted saying temporarily closed. I believe that your customers have a right to know what is going on especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic. Hopefully we will learn more soon.

The coffee has a bad taste, the food also has a bad taste. Ive had better food and coffee in all styles but I really dont like the place at all.

Busy place indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and the drive thru usually is long; however, they are up to the challenge and the line moves quickly.

Great location! Drive thru service is very convenient, specially now that we are worried with Covid. They also have a mini outside deck with a few tables that is very comforting and you can sit and enjoy the nice weather. Staff is friendly and their service is prompt. This is my go-to Starbucks, even though I have another location within walking distance from my home. This one has a fresh look and feel that I enjoy.

They always make a great cappuccino, however, the cup was not filled all the way to the top. I could not show them because it was the drive-thru, and I had already left when I opened the lid. For what they charge it should be filled to the top.

I always love going to this Starbucks until today the lady at the counter was in a very bad mood. First she was arguing with an old man that was ahead of me about his coffee then she told me that I couldn’t have a venti iced water because they were running low on venti cups but then proceeded to tell me that only employees could have venti cups. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if you don’t like working with the public then find a different type of job. I will go to a different Starbucks from now on

Waited a bit to get our drink after mobile ordering and getting there but the drinks were good. They seemed short staffed and close early.

My daughter and I pulled up on our bikes and found their dining room closed so we mobile ordered a couple of ice coffee’s. After receiving our order outside, Jackie kindly explained that we needed to leave their property in a manner that made my spine bristle and I had no intention of leaving. What happened next was.. Jackie made a compromise with me using amazing customer service to find a seat off the Starbucks property in the shade with my daughter to sit and enjoy and work. I’m going to mention Jackie a third time because in my opinion she’s amazing and could’ve been a B but chose to communicate and see where I was coming from as well. Your staff seems pretty incompetent and not willing to help. I just asked someone over the phone if my e certificate was eligible at this store, and he wouldnt give me a straight answer. Why would i waste my time driving somewhere to see if a certificate works when you all must be able to see record if youre a “participating location”? Makes no sense..ill just get my Starbucks from a different location if you guys cant answer or help with a simple question.

The barista made my drink wrong. I asked to have it re-made and the other barista, Emma, demanded I give her the cup while I was in the middle of explaining what was wrong. She then said “I don’t care what he did just give me the cup.” LOL, what??I obviously escalated the situation to the supervisor.As I spoke to the supervisor, snowflake Emma started screaming for me to leave, to which I couldn’t help but laugh; demanding for me to leave as if she had that power was hilarious. She continued with her tantrum and threw off her headset and threw the ice scooper she had in her hand toward my direction, which came close to hitting me. She then stormed off to the back. Everyone was stunned. To say we were all shocked by the psychotic melt down is an understatement. The supervisor James was very helpful. He remade my drink to perfection, offered a refund, and apologized for her behavior.If you visit this location beware of the possible assault you’ll endure 😂.

Be sure to ask for hot coffee bcz usually they don’t make it as hot as other Starbucks you been too ... get ready for a long long wait if you try drive through even with only 4 cars ahead of you !!! plus keep your dog away from this place the way they act made me so unhappy with the store manager ... I have a small chihuahua and he is always on my hand and he mentioned very rudely that we are not pet friendly store we only allow service animals in the store !!!!! That’s great thanks for the heads up ... I never been to a Starbucks store during the past 20 years !!!!!

Its like every other starbucks. Indoor dining is closed but there are some outdoor seats available most times.

This location does not seem very clean. The times I have visited there have been flies and gnats around the food case and where drinks are being prepared.

This starbucks is terrible. I ordered a cold brew and it took around 15 minutes. There was no one else in the line and nobody in the drive thru. I didn’t even get what I wanted but wouldn’t ask to remake it because I would have been there another 15 minutes. The people were also very rude and didn’t know the difference between their lids.

This store has become my go to it is a new store and is very unique in its design and the convenience with seating on patio. The staff is so hospitable and very accommodating; today after I bought two Trenta green teas, got home, went to put in fridge and the whole thing turned over as the lid popped off from my hand. I came back to replace it and GianCarlo, Shift Supervisor, I have known from his last store where he worked accommodated me with replacement. He didn’t have to, he did the nice thing. Thank you and wish this store continues to be the perfect place!

Waited in line for 45 minutes there was a car in front of the car I was behind who was at the window who had a weird crazy order they didnt know how to handle it in the store when we finally got our drinks they werent correct when they remade are drinks the remade drinks werent correct I would stay away from the store this is a brand new store and they need more training during all this it was a happy hour BOGO From 2 pm-7pm day so they need more trainings!!!!!!

First time there I live near by. 630 am. Ordered 2 coffees with cream n sugar worst coffee we ever had I ordered cream n sugar and the other hazelnut cream n sugar when I got home it was black and so strong the cream I put in it I had at home would not even make it right so strong omg. The cups were filled so much it spilled all over. The drive up took long. Not what I expected coffee is what they sell if they dont know how to make it training is important.

Hi, I am an essential health care working with patients. I had a rough week and had heard about starbucks being able to bring a smile to our faces during this tough time. I put in my order and didnt want the drink completely free so I put some add-ons. I felt so touched when I drove up and the barista handed me my drinks and didnt charge me. Instead their eyes lit up and they thanked me. It is a small gesture but it really meant a lot. Thank you so much guys. I really am glad that I can help my community. Thank you.

Staff refused to take the cheese out of the sandwhich because of covid. Said they are not allowed to even though every other starbucks does this. Never going back.
