Kevin is AMAZING!!!!! He is patient, kind, & knowledgeable when it comes to adding lines, upgrading plans, & best promotions! Kevin answered multiple questions as if it was the first time I asked & clarified each new plan item so I completely understood the changes! He made my customer service experience easy! We faced so many issues. Kevin helped us that day and we got 3 devices and so many deals were given to us but we didn’t know that we will have to spend endless hours talking to AT&T helping us get credits and the deals. Firstly all the credits were sent to the wrong email ID, it took us three months talking to them every second day trying to get those credits back to us. Thanks to the person who helped us entering wrong email ID. When we went back to them they said to be patient and there is nothing they could help us with for a bill that was supposed to be 250 bucks ended up being 550 and they couldn’t do anything asked us to wait for the promotions to kick in (it’s been 3 months) we are still struggling so I would not recommend going to this store and getting into the trap.we were promised a 50% off deal on iPhone 11 and apparently we had to pay the entire amount for the phone when the bill came up. They also mentioned having a fiber account will get us $10 discount per line per month but when we talked to customer service they mentioned no such promotion existed. Please beware and don’t end up wasting your time .

Weve been customers here for about a decade. We appreciate that when we go in, we know that they will help us figure out what is the best option for or needs at the time. Today was no exception, my husband is a self-employed electrical contractor, when his phone (aka business lifeline) glitched out today they got him up and running as soon as possible.Noteworthy- Its obvious its not just us who feel more like guests then customers, while there, I see that many others who come in and out address Kevin and crew by name with a comfortable familiarity.It feels good to go somewhere and know that the intricacies of your plan and how it effects your life matter. Like it our not our phones are so much more than a phone.

They don’t know how to deal with customers. I am literally fighting for all that was promised to me. They offer lucrative deals in the beginning which are never met and then starts a long chase (4 months to be precise). It’s waste of time and money. Please don’t deal with these guys. AT&T stores are literally everywhere around you, go somewhere else.

Kevin was extremely helpful. I came in with my mom and brother to upgrade all of our phones and turn our phones into hotspots. He was super informative and made sure that we capitalized on all the discounts and promotions available.Even while managing new customers that came into the store, he had Michael assist us and he was great too. I really appreciate all their hard work today! They made our experience as easy as it could be.

Just left the store had a great experience with Kevin. Great sales person help me out with getting AT&T TV. Help me get it all set up in the store so all I had to do was go home plug it in and get my life going with my new service. I tried ordering it online but that was just a waste of my time so glad that I actually came into the store!

Pathetic customer service. Do not trust the store manager Kevin. You will end up spending most of your time talking to customer service and spending more money that what you are paying with your current provider. After selling the plan and luring you with fake deals, they will not be willing to help anymore and advice you to spend hours on phone with customer service.

AWESOME service at the store. I got a new unlocked phone directly from Samsung. Everything worked perfectly but mobile data didnt work. I spent 3 days talking with multiple support reps on the phone and on the online chats for hours and hours every day and no one could help me. I tried contacting Samsung directly and no help. I looked through every online forum and no solution they suggested worked. Finally AT&T support suggested I go get a new SIM card. I went to this local store in Pleasanton and someone named Kevin there said no need for a new SIM, I can fix it for you now. What no one else at AT&T or Samsung could solve in 3 days, Kevin fixed in less than 30 seconds flat. Kevin, you are the man! Super fast and perfect service with friendly attitude. This is an awesome shop.

We had ordered an new apple phone from a store, and it arrived at the house. Transferred from Samsung to apple 12 pro, new iPad, new apple laptop. Too confusing to get it started. The staff at Pleasanton were amazing . They were very patient with multiple questions, and actions that needed to take place to get the phone going. The AT&T location in Pleasanton on Hopyard is great! I made an appointment for 11:00 with Patrick to have a new iPhone activated and have data and information from my last phone downloaded. I was in a bit of a panic, as my last iPhone was stolen days earlier. He was extremely helpful and once I found out I could keep the same number, all of my contacts, text messages, emails, and apps were transferred, it was a sigh of relief. I took care of a bill and purchased a new case for the phone as well. Great job and definitely recommend!

This one star is for one specific person at this ATT location. His name is Kevin.I am simply disgusted by the manner in which he spoke to me, my friend. and two other women who were visiting the store on Friday, December 11, 2020.The beginning of my visit, my experience with two of the other consultants, Patrick and Micheal, were spectacular. They were helpful, patient, and really engaging. Both my friend and I bought two brand new phones, screen protectors, and phone cases with their beneficial help. After our purchases they assisted in putting on the screen protectors and transferring data to our new phones.Unfortunately, after we had started the data transfer process, Kevin returned from his lunch break visibly agitated. He walked out of the back door of the business and started speaking so unprofessional.He came up to my friend and I a number of times and spoke to us in a very demeaning, rude, and disrespectful manner. He told us that if the data transfer wasn’t over soon “we can’t just stay in here forever”. He asked her multiple times how much time was left in her phone but he obviously didn’t trust what she was saying so he reached over her multiple times to see how much time was “actually” left on her transfer. He kept saying we had been in the store too long even though there was a women who was there longer than us, also doing a data transfer to her new phone.After the third time of him aggressively speaking to us, both my friend and I asked him to stop speaking to us. He continued and yelled at us in the store in front of multiple other costumers because we told him he was being rude and unprofessional. He would barely allow us to get a statement out before interrupting us. One women even spoke up on our behalf, saying he was rude to them that’s why they asked Micheal to assist them instead. He then began yelling at her saying “Oh, so i’m rude? So, i’m unprofessional!”. To which they replied yes. He then walked around the store stomping and carrying on in his anger.He made sure to mention that he had been in the business for 14 years but he obviously hasn’t learned that the manner you speak to costumer is a poor reflection on the business and of yourself. Might I suggest, he receive training on both costumer satisfaction and customer appreciation.

I needed to transfer the SIM card from an old Android - Samsung Galaxy S4 phone into an Apple iPhone 7. Unfortunately, the SIM card was the wrong size. I called AT&T to find a remedy. At first they mentioned they could crop the SIM card to make it fit into the iPhone.That solution didnt work, so they gave me a new micro SIM card for the Apple iPhone 7. The fee was waived from my account. Thanks to Leonard that assisted me!Quick service & resolution to the SIM card issue!

I have been AT&T since 2005 on my moms plan. The second I decided to get on my own plan I was treated completely differently. I went into this store to set up my new phone plan. They were amazing until my first bill hit. My bill was supposed to be 140 and it was 290. Then I went in to ask questions and paid my bill as well. Later my bank account was charged again with auto pay. I was utterly confused. I was charged 600(charged twice). After going into the store multiple times, and being on the phone with At&t for 3+ hours, we discovered that my card was used to pay someone elses phone bill!!! How does this happen!!! I would say customer service is good. But they dont know their prices and plans, as well as how to charge me for a monthly bill.

I felt I was overpaying for my cell phone plan, I had an old unlimited data and messaging plan from the beginning of time. I went in and was greeted by Michael who showed me a plan that cut my bill in half! Everyone is so nice there. I have come in a few times to ask some questions about getting a new phone and Kevin was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

I came in with my dad to upgrade his flip phone to an LG smartphone we saw online but were unable to order due to AT&T’s website not loading properly.We called over the phone before coming in and Hooka was extremely helpful. They didn’t have the phone we were looking for in stock so he checked all the other stores in their district for that specific LG. Unfortunately none of the stores had it in stock so he told us to come in and they would order the phone for us.When we had a chance to come into the store Kevin went above and beyond with his service to us. He was not only able to order the phone my dad wanted, he also had the shipping expedited for us at no extra cost and also price matched the case in store to the price that was listed on AT&T’s website. Kevin also gave us a ton of information on the different SIM cards the phones would have and offered to have us come in once the new phone was delivered so that he could assist my dad with the setup.Thank you to both Kevin & Hooka for your help! They both made this switch seamless for my dad and I.

Walked in with esims that were mailed. First rep was nice and asked for assistance from a coworker who initially got up visibly upset rolling his eyes and without asking us said “why do you have esims and not regular sims?” Did not allow his coworker to even discuss what we had informed him. Than proceeds to say that he is just trying to help while rolling his eyes. Nobody in the store at the time except for the 3 employees. Soon after going back and forth we decided to just go to corporate location in San Ramon where employee customer service was outstanding and resolved all our issues and fixing a broken SIM card that HOPYARD rd store had “given us to use” and saving us even more money and applying credits to our account without us asking for them.

This review is overdue. I came by the store right before the Covid-19 SIP was put in place. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone X and add an additional line to my account for a relative. When I first walked in, everybody seemed busy so I tried to wait patiently (I was in a rush cause I had an appointment to go to right after). I waited for a bit while and then finally, Hooka saw me and helped me out. He explained everything I needed to do and what options would be best for my needs since I already have 4 other people in my account. He was very pleasant and I didn’t feel like I was rushed or anything. He was able to help me out with what I needed.A week prior, I actually went to the AT&T branch Southland Hayward and was very disappointed. There was nobody in there besides me and the guy working there wasn’t busy but could not even help me out nor give me the correct information about their plans and whatnot (wth). They lost my business after that.Keep it up Pleasanton branch. Will definitely come back here if I ever need help with my account again and any future upgrades. Definitely recommend Hooka.

I went into this store for the first time and was very pleased with the service I received. First they were the only store that had the prism white Galaxy S10 plus in stock, 2nd I was in a bit of a hurry and I got in and out in 30 minutes, 3rd Kevin the only employee there was friendly knowledgeable and super efficient. He helped out 3 people at the same time without making each customer not feel like he wasnt dedicated to them. All 3 of us in there were happy. I live in Hayward and will definitely take the drive here anytime I need help. I cant speak for any other employee but if Kevin is helping u out then u r in good hands .

I called customer service and it was resolved fairly quick and still hasnt called my name (wasnt sure if I will be put on hold for awhile). I waited at the store and left without being served. I should have try customer service first but I didnt know customer service at the store is bad too x_x
