Julio helped me when others could not. My wife was unsuccessful with live agents so I decided to try calling my local Verizon wireless dealer. Hes awesome.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!If I could ZERO stars I would. The sales person I dealt with never got up from his seat. I asked about a particular phone with a very distinct feature - he had no idea what I was talking about, so he proceed to pull up on his computer a 10 minute review of the item! All the while his tablet is playing youtube videos and he is munching away on food and ignoring what I am trying to discuss. Sales is about listening to your customer and helping them - NOT ignoring them while you try to educate yourself on your product because they know more than you. NEVER AGAIN!

I came here with my wife to switch over from my old Carrier. I was able to get into a new phone. I enjoyed my experience here at the store. The store was organized. Would recommend. And that people were so nice to us.

I needed to replace my verizon jetpack. The battery had swelled up so much that it pushed the back off. They explained all my options and helped me to get a new device. I was pleased with the service. I live in a rural area with limited options for internet service. This is not perfect but it works for me. Could get diish or hughesnet but it is affected by inclement weather and costs more. Waiting and hoping for Verizon 5g for home.

I almost gave up transferring my service to Verizon after dealing with the company via phone, HOWEVER, I went to the Verizon store in Pleasanton and met the store manager, Daniel. Daniel is hands down the epitome of customer service. He went over and beyond to fix the errors made by the phone representatives, stayed 2 hours after the store closed to make sure everything was right, and continued to assist me with any questions I had over the weekend. I will never deal with the company over the phone again...I will only deal with Daniel. Thank you for the incredible customer service!!

I needed accessories for my iphone 6s, went into att but they didnt have any accessories. I needed a new screen protector and case but am not a vzw customer. The salesman was very nice and gave a lesson on power cycling the phone. I may switch in the future.

So far iveI been standing around for about Twenty or thirty minutes with two other customers who have been waiting it seems much longer. I realize that they have to make sales and get purchases complete but this is rediculus. The store isnt that busy no one else has walked in, its been the same customers the entire time Ive been here. I came in with my phone because Im having charging issues and I need my phone looked at Im from out of town and it was either this Verizon or driving clear to Laredo TX Im thinking that I should have driven all the way there I would have saved more time it seems.
