Customer service was great, immediate attention, covid protocols in place that make you feel comfortable in selecting frames. Mirrors everywhere so you dont have to search for one. Clean and spacious setting. A wide variety of frames to close from. I would go again when I need more glasses.

Johanna came through for us in a BIG way. Hospital lost my mothers glasses, she was on life support and they were bringing her down from ventilator. We wanted our mother to see us for the last time. Thankfully it ended up being the first time in a long long journey. Thank you Johanna for being the first of many angels sent to give us life, love and human kindness.

The associates at LensCrafters are always so nice and kind. Johanna has helped me on multiple occasions whether it was my prescription sunglasses or my regular glasses. She always has a smile on her face and was ready to help get me the best deal for my glasses. Wonderful people there.

Great overall experience in store. Every time I walk in I am greeted and welcomed to try at my own pace. Today I struggled heavily to find a pair of frames and the associate Yadira was great and really fast at recommending the right fit for my large head. I will be returning for my frames and eye care in the future and would recommend for anyone looking for that perfect fit in a new frame.

Every time I come to this store, the staff always approach me about what I need. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products and never resist to answer with questions I have. All of their glasses are clean before trying on so I’m relieved and comfortable. Yadira helped me pick out my glasses and made sure I was comfortable with the fit. I went in for an employee sale and did not receive much very help. The associate, Harry, that helped me made me feel like a hassle and made me call support for an issue on THEIR computer of which had no access to as a customer. He acted annoyed when I told him that support told me that they need a store associate to call for register access. He only offered me a deal that was less than half of our normal employee discount and I ended up walking out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

She took the time to make sure all the measurements were correct, and that I got exactly what I needed.Came back on the 4th of March, a month after ordering my glasses. Last time, the employees let us in early. This time, I came around 10:30 am and am being sent away. I guess they already have my money, so I can wait to get my glasses (I was promised these glasses within three weeks, so theyre already late).

Dr. Zhang and the entire LensCrafters Team was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend going there for any eye care needs.

They do a great job on eye exams and keep up with technology to make it easier on you. No horrible dye in your eye but a picture so detailed you see everything inside your eye. I love the choices on glass frames too. Something stylish for every taste! They are out of network in my insurance but I would not go anywhere else!

I have always been very happy with the eye exam services and Dr Bei Zhang. She listens and adjusts based on my needs. I don’t typically purchase my glasses from LensCrafters as they are quite expensive, even with insurance, but the exam services are great.

Perhaps their service is a little slow, but their doctors are excellent. And their products are always correct. They use computerized method for measuring your eyes for glasses, which many other places do not. Always accurate. Arrive early and youll be better off as well. And a large selection of quality frames.
