Good ice cream and good customer service.

They were closed when we visited the store today, but a person there was so kind to allow us to buy the ice cream (my son had a surgery today, and really wanted the ice cream!!!) He even gave us one more can of Egg Nog to try. Thank you so much! We really appreciate such an excellent service!

I give it 0 rating..ordered a paw patrol themed cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday one week in advance they gave the cake without theme 😡NEVER ORDER ANY CAKE IN THIS STORE...looks like no one cross verifies the orders...

I have been a BR customer all my life and so has been my daughter. Today was my daughters birthday and she had personally decorated her cake and placed the order online. We also got email confirmation that order was processed correctly. However, when we went to pick up the order today, the local store simply stated that they never received the order. Both me and my daughter were devastated. She was looking forward to enjoying a custom Baskin Robbins cake but this was no longer possible. The store assistant seemed helpless and offered some discount on other random cakes. This is completely unacceptable. My daughter feels heart-broken about the whole ordeal on her birthday.Also, there was no way to actually get a refund of order. It seems we will have to go to painful process of credit charge back.Update: I actually got refunded automatically. It was within 24 hours after this review posted.

We have always loved Baskin Robbins.. We always go there to celebrate joyful occasions in life or just when we feel like having an ice cream. But yesterday, I had a very bad & painful experience at Baskin Robbins, Pleasanton ( Santa Rita Road)  We placed an order and waited 20 minutes to get the right ice cream served, because the lady at the counter prepared the wrong order not once but twice. It felt as if the delay was intentional. While waiting, the phone rang and when the young man at the counter went to pick up the call, the same lady told him that she will pick up the call and made us wait another 10 minutes. Then, she went to help the next customer in line instead of billing us. I had to ask the young man at the counter to help us with billing. I thought of complaining to the store manager but left since a long queue of customers formed while the lady was doing this to me. We had to wait 35 minutes to get 3 scoops of ice cream. And there was no apology offered. The bitter experience left a bad taste. I felt discriminated against and unwelcome. This was the first time we had such an experience at Baskin Robbins and hope we dont have it again. We had gone to celebrate a small personal occasion but the happiness was tainted by this painful experience.Update:I had lodged a complaint with B&R customer service. They responded promptly and conveyed their apologies.They told that the store will follow up with me within 2 business days. However, the store hasnt contacted me even after 8 days. Hope the store trains and sensitizes their employees better. And hope the employees learn to treat all customers equally. We love B&R but would skip this store in the future.

The worst place to ever experience getting ice cream. As I was paying for my ice cream and taking a small bite of it while waiting. A lady scolded me from behind telling me off to put my mask on demanding that I wear it and not eat my ice cream inside the store. I asked her if she worked there claimed she does without a uniform on off the clock and a backpack on and walked away rudely towards the back of the store. I was so upset at that moment didnt think mainly of it but the fact that a mom and three kids witnessed it and disturbed by it was unacceptable. Ive been in customer service all my life and how she approached me was very unacceptable and that she needs some form of training in having manners. Thank you for the awful experience.

Horrible customer service during closing time. Will not come here if I can’t be given the correct closing time when I call for COVID times. To the CEO & manger, please find out which associate lied to me about closing time on 8/15/2020 & train them properly if they need training or let them go. The person who answered the phone was a female voice & told me they closed at 10pm on 8/15/2020. This is unacceptable associate behavior. I have worked in customer service for years.

This is one of those times I wish they offered half stars again as I’d give Baskin-Robbins a 3.5 not a 3. The staff here is hit or miss. It goes from a great experience to man way did I even bother to stop.The ice cream is delicious and we used to have ice cream cakes at every birthday party but the prices are rather high which usually leads us to other cake alternatives.

Very poor service waiting for the last 40 minutes

I was extremely sad when I got to my local baskin robbins! I get it was 9:25 at night but yall dont close till 10pm. Late night ice cream is the best treat for anyone especially someone who had a rough day. Well I pulled up and the lights were off, I approached the door and it was locked. 2 people inside cleaning the floor and counters unlocked the doors and told me they were closed. I said not till 10pm correct, its on the door your holding open. Apparently they close at 930 on weekdays for school reasons. Im not sure if this is the only location that closes early but it was a total let down today even when I showed up at 9:25

Very very bad customer service ever I have seen..!! All are aggressive aragant.And expensive when compare to other bask in robins stores.I was very disappointed with the way they served.I came to realize, this one of the reasons for customers to choose cold stone rather than baskin robins.I just want to give my review so that someone from senior management will take an action and other customers may not face the same bad service.

Place is Okay, just one staff so waiting time is high. One thing i noticed was that the staff didnt wear gloves while preparing the sundae, he was on the store phone and without washing hands he started cutting bananas for the sundae :-( totally unclean. Didnt expect this from Baskin-Robbins.
