The staff is fantastic. They treat me as if I was buying the store when I spent $2.00 for a key. There are many wonderful things besides nuts and bolts. Check out the glass bird bath, so beautiful.

First time there. Plenty of designated parking in the lot. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They did not have the paint I was looking for but after some research they came up with a quality comparable product. I was surprised with the selection inside. Great overall experience.

Lots of stock and the people generally know what theyre doing. But its right on the main street in Pleasanton so it can be busy getting in and out.

Last Saturday we went to Bunso Bakery (across from the parking lot) to pick up our order, when my 13 old son has to use the restroom to do No. 1. We asked Bunso Bakery if we can use their restroom but we’re told that it was out of order (hard to believe). Even though we are not buying anything, without hesitation, you allowed my son to use your restroom. My husband and I will forever grateful. We’ll definitely shop there the next time we are back in Pleasanton! We need more people like you! God bless!

Old school hardware store, even smells old- timey. People there are very helpful and experienced with household repairs.

This is a wonderful store! It is loaded with great products and they even offer some local gift items. I am grateful they have selected some of my work.Even more important is the staff. They are always courteous and ready to help or even order something for their customers. Great addition to downtown Pleasanton.
