We love our new kitchen!! Mike did a great job of designing and made sure my built-in appliances all fit just right. He is very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way to answer any questions. We went with all of his suggestions and are thrilled with the outcome. We would highly recommend Mike and will definitely call him for my next project.

Bought a town home 6 months ago -prior owner took kitchen island (we knew that) because it wasn’t bolted down. So we had a big space with electrical floor outlets ready to go needing an island. Bid at big box store was higher With fewer options than Zaxx- even though we did the measurements and had a design, Mike made some suggestions and re-measured to be sure we had it correct. One suggestion he made was to have 2 very large deep drawers with heavy duty sliders (great idea! We store all our large pots, kettles, blenders etc there) We also had them design an open section for our mini-fridge, which worked out perfectly! Love how it turned out. No issues.

We had a very positive experience with Zaxx cabinets for putting new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, laundry,and master bath. Mike was very knowledgeable of all the various the various cabinet types and materials and provided us with helpful conceptual drawings which made it easier to make our selection. The project was in a condominium complex with very specific requirements for design,delivery, and installation. The cabinets arrived within 5 weeks and were installed within a week. Countertop installation followed immediately after that. Mike was very flexible with us as we provided our own cabinet hardware and granite composite sinks. I was very impressed with the creativity used in developing a great design and impressed with the company’s ability to work with our condo association requirements and meet the tight time table we needed to meet for completing the project.

Save yourself many headaches and dont go here. We had a pretty sizable project and everything started out good in planning and Mike seemed like a nice guy.It started to fall apart when our cabinets were delivered and they were incorrect. We had a few discussion in person (sadly had no record of the conversations) and the changes were never made. They also shorted us trim and panels that we paid for and told our contractor to do it himself because they couldnt get simple trim to us for weeks.It comes down to details and communication and Mike at Zaxx is VERY light on both. Not something you want in planning a huge project with lots of money involved.

Wonderful choices, great prices and staff. Highly recommend as alternative to Home Depot or others. Superior customer service too! And I am picky!

My wife and I searched long and hard for the perfect cabinets when we began planning a major kitchen remodel for our 30 year old townhouse that we had purchased in order to simplify and and downsize for our retirement years. After discussing our plan with 4 or 5 companies, we decided on Zaxx Cabinets.The showroom and samples made it easy to pick out our natural cherry cabinets that blend perfectly with our existing oak woodwork, granite countertops, tile backsplash and plank vinyl flooring. Our cabinet designer, Mike, was clearly the most knowledeable designer that we consulted.After being married for 40 years, my wife did not want to part with all our holiday serving dishes just because we were downsizing. Mike incorporated an amazing assortment of standard cabinet sizes and configurations to create a beautiful and functional kitchen with plenty of storage.Because I was acting as our general contractor, the installation crew was extremely important. The crew were true craftsmen who took pride in their work, showed up on time and communicated well during the tearout and installation.Zaxx Cabinets made the whole process so much easier and the cabinets look amazing.

We have done three projects with Zaxx. Couldn’t be happier with the results!
