We are very pleased with the way the kitchen turned out. Every step of the process was made very easy by the amazing staff. Great communication for all our questions, and the whole process from start to finish was done quickly and to the utmost quality.We highly recommend Emerald City and will absolutely be referring them to others.

John and team were excellent from start to finish! Communication, project management, service and of course the finish product were all perfect.

Emerald City ripped out my outdated counters and installed an absolutely gorgeous Colonial White granite. They were professional, on time, courteous, and did a fabulous job. And they worked around my four small kids. Very good prices, as well. I highly recommend!!!

One phone call made me feel I would be very welcome to come without a firm appointment, look through their showroom, and see their stock both in and out of doors.Very pleasant staff who took my initial measurements to work up a quote prior to a template.Got a lot done in a short period of time which was exactly what I wanted to do.

The worst experience ever. We gave them the business because we new the family.This is the way they left the front edge of the fireplace.The pictures speak for itself. Always late for their appointments, unreliable, complete lack of professionalism. Do not recommend.

As you can see from past reviews, there seems to be a formula that these folks use for bad reviews - #1 deny deny deny (I dont know these people) even though they do know. #2 lie, lie, lie and attack their integrity (even though I dont know these people, they are bad), or #3 come up with some other snappy response. They work very hard on their bad reviews. Too bad they dont work so hard on honest business practices..... It will be interesting to see what they do with this review, and please weigh their formula for responses to bad reviews as you consider them... Are these bad reviews all from bad people and all good reviews all from good people? Is this the right way to treat dissatisfied customers? You be the judgeI hired them for a Granite kitchen and quartz bathroom remodel. As long as the competitive bid process was in place everything was fine. My mistake was not paying attention to the edge on the quote. I called to change the edge and they simply said sure we can do that and nothing more. When I got the bill after the job was done the edge change added $875 to the job. They said nothing about this at the time. When I called them about it what I got was Thats too bad. If you do a job exactly as the quote I would suspect (but not know for sure) that they would honor it. If you make a change however, they are dishonest Predators! Beware and make sure you have no changes after the initial quote so they cant turn the tables on you.So, Google reviewer, now that I have seen the owner reply I am amending my review - Let’s review my original post before the owner even replied – (1) I don’t know her – CHECK! (2) Attack her integrity – CHECK! And this person randomly picks small companies nation-wide to write bad reviews – hmmm, that’s completely plausible -I couldn’t ever view that as a lie (meaning 3- CHECK). Three strikes, it seems to me…. You be the judge – seem like a proper business?

We just had our kitchen remodeled by Emerald City and the result was amazing! John, Shayna, Laurie and the entire team were awesome. All work was done in a professional, timely matter. The crew were all knowledgeable, friendly and neat. They were always available for questions and concerns and we were their number one priority. I would highly recommend Emerald City... A+

I reached out to Emerald City for a quote on quartz counter tops. They responded quickly and worked hard to track down the specific quartz I was looking for. Unfortunately the distributor did not get back to John before we had to make a decision so we had to go a different direction but I would be happy to work with them again. Their responsiveness and excellent customer service was truly appreciated!

Emerald city made our new kitchen beautiful. The experience was not stressful at all right from the start. They sent us to their warehouse in Bridgewater to view some slabs. We chose our top few slabs and the rest was easy. The first slab we chose was too small so we told them to pick from the others the Alba they felt would match the best. The outcome was stunning. A small piece broke when they were coming to install, but they got a new one cut and installed within a week. Great to deal with. Thank you.

We hired Emerald City for granite countertops in our cottage as well as in our home. There were several years between the two jobs. In both cases the work was done as promised. The work is beautiful, and was completed promptly. All our interactions with Emerald City were pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Great place for cabinets flooring and granite jobe done as promised on time and under budget

I love dealing with Emerald City and this is the second time I’ve had work done by them. Four years ago they came to North Truro while I was away and my sister handled it. I came home to a beautiful job of granite countertops. So this house I decided to use them again because my sister had such a great experience.Everyone showed up when promised and Shayna dealt very nicely with me, the pain in the neck.. I can’t make up my mind to save my soul and she was very patient. I now have a beautiful kitchen but I can’t post pictures yet because it’s a full house remodel.Thank you Shayne and John for a great experience.

We continue to experience problems w a bathrm remodel done in 2013 by Emerald City.Had to regrout the marble floor because whatever they used dried & chipped. Currently having same problem w tub enclosure tiles. We were told by tile specialist that they used the wrong grout for both, creating problems & cost for repairs. John was notified of floor problem within wks of job completion, never addressed the issue.
