I could not have had better service anywhere. This Plymouth Verizon store at shops at 5 was recommended to me and I was so lucky I was. They did everything for me. Set up my new phone, transferred everything from my old phone and explained all the newest things about it. The last store I went to wanted me to buy online and figure it out myself. Do yourself a favor and get the service you deserve in Plymouth. They’re great !!

Worst experience at Verizon in my 20 years plus with them with our family. apparently, the corporate office in Wareham, ma. only sells phones. some of the staff will help you transfer info to a new phone. the particular guy I had wasnt the least bit interested in helping. I asked him what do you do just sell phones, he said yes. I did filled out a eval and got a response and a number of a woman named Susan. Told me to call and talk to her. I dialed the number and entered voice mail land and never was able to talk to the woman. what a joke. I used to use the avon corporate office but being on the cape thought I would try wareham crossing. big mistake.... I like to be dedicated bit not taken advantage of...thanks for no help.

I have been going to this Verizon store ever since I got my first phone 10 years ago. I refuse to go anywhere else. Every time I go there, there is always someone to greet you with a huge smile the second you walk in. I went in this past weekend to to get a new iPhone and an apple watch (which I was so excited about) and they made everything so seamless and were so eager to help me set up the new phone and apple watch even though they had 3 other clients they were already working with. They are beyond proactive and attentive to each and every customer and I couldnt be happier with the service I receive every time. When I went in on Friday they actually didnt have the apple watch I wanted in stock and so they went out of their way to call to see if a truck that was coming from CT had one they could drop off on the way so I could get it Sunday before I headed back up to Boston and they did!! They have never tried to sell me on anything, but instead explain the pros and cons to each gadget and accessory. For example, I was going to order the screen protector on amazon for my apple watch and he told me about how his cousin had to honestly replace his every time he scratched it and one time it even got underneath the screen protector and scratched the whole watch..... So I asked what he recommended and for just $40 he had this new liquid glass that offers a $150 rebate if anything happens to the screen. . . Needless to say, I cannot speak highly enough about the gentlemen at this Verizon store. Always a 10/10 experience :)

I came in before work with my iPhone 7 which had a broken charger port, I wanted all the stuff on that phone switched to the 11 which I went there to upgrade to. The salesman was really helpful he managed to get everything on the new phone with the broken charger port giving him problems it wasn’t done before I had to be at work but the salesman brought it to me at work so I had a great experience over all and I’d definitely come back.

Got an updated new phone in a reasonable amount of time, Sumeer the distract manager did a great job setting me up, . I went to this store to open a business account in July. I was told my tax ID was too new but they’d keep me posted. They didn’t. Turns out they opened an account and ordered devices. I NEVER received devices and was not aware an account was ever opened. Now it’s the end of April and since about August I’ve gotten a phone call from Verizon every single day telling me i owe them a few hundred dollars for an account i didn’t know i had and devices I’ve never even received. I’ve been dealing with this issue for months and it won’t seem to go away and no one can seem to fix it. They’re telling me that I will be sent to collections and furious isnt even the word. This store should be shut down. I spend hours of my life every week trying to straighten out a mess someone else made and now i may be forced to spend a few hundred dollars or destroy my credit. I’ve been more than patient but after 9 months of this I’m done. Do not go to this store.

The process isn’t always a quick one so their fun personalities help the time pass much quicker. They’re all very knowledgeable and can answer any question at the drop of a dime. A lot of places make you feel like you’re getting scammed or ripped off but these guys are able to step by step explain how what they’re doing is going to benefit you and your plan. I’ve been to other Verizon’s and the service doesn’t come close to the guys at shops at 5 Plymouth. They’re just the best!

I came in to the Verizon store this evening to pay my bill. The gentleman that helped me, Kyle Raymond was super helpful and was able to help me change my plan to save a few bucks even getting me some extra data! I usually dont have good experiences going into the other stores and usually feel like Im bait for a sales pitch or some gimmick that usually ends up costing me more. I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 16 years now and can honestly tell you that Kyle is a superb employee. He has a great personality, an asset to your company. He and the other staff were very helpful to myself and my boyfriend this evening. My boyfriend was about to switch to another carrier due to an issue with his bill/employee discount not taking but Kyle was able to save him a few bucks and keep his business! Even a little bit of savings goes a long way along with great customer service! Thank you so much!!

I went into the store to pay my bill and I was talking to my girlfriend about moving to Sprint! Thought my price was too high. We had made the decision to switch providers after 20 years. At our appointment we purchased two new phones and numerous accessories. Jarred couldnt have more patient, helpful, kind, and .courteous. I know Jarred will always be willing to help us if any questions arise. HE IS THE BEST.

I recently went to the Verizon store located at Shops at Five in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I had the most amazing experience. I think a lot of us show up feeling intimidated and not sure what to expect whenever we’re purchasing a new phone and trading our old one in. This experience was incredible, so unbelievable I had to write about it. Sameer helped me and it was wonderful. He explained everything for me. He also let me know how to get my bill lower and what would be the best plan for me. He let me know about a few promotions that they had in which I took full advantage of. He was very attentive and stayed with me the entire time. Sameer showed me how to trade in my old phone, and get a new phone, pick out accessories, switch all of my data and apps over to my new phone and wipe my old phone clean before I traded it in. All of this happened in less than an hour. I was in and out and on my way out I had an amazing new iPhone and Apple Watch. He also let me know that they were selling charging docks at a discounted rate in which I needed for my home. Overall, this has been an incredible experience at Verizon. Shoutout to Sameer, without him this would not be possible. Everyone at this location was incredibly professional and kind. They made it feel not intimidating at all! I am so grateful. I love my new phone and watch. Thank you so much team Verizon!

Im honestly shocked at the high review of this store. If I could choose zero stars I would. My mother recently went to this store to pay her phone bill, she is older and does nothing online. They talked her into upgrading her data plan to unlimited and sold her a mobile hotspot saying your bill will stay the same. Not only did her bill increase $30 each month, they neglected to tell her the bill should have gone down by $30 a month. I mentioned that my mom was older and does nothing online. Why would she need the unlimited data plan? Why would she need a mobile hotspot? She doesn’t even know how to use her smart phone, but you talk her into signing a contract that she doesn’t understand? You told her the bill would stay the same every month, but neglected to tell her it should go down. She trusted you to help her and you took advantage. Not sure how you guys sleep at night? For anyone reading this review, please think of going elsewhere and tell your older parents to stay away. We tried to work with the manager of the store, his response was well she signed the contract, there is nothing we can do.” After some discussing and arguing he changed his story saying he had to reach out to someone and would call us. We never heard from him. I think he just wanted to get rid of us.

The management at this Verizon is on point!!! Due to different work schedules I have not been able to come in to fix issue! Two months later the manager fixed issue and I walked out HAPPY with the results!! Buy your phone from here!! He keeps his word!!!
