Awesome customer service and the products i received are fabulous! i will definitely be a returning customer!

I purchased a $2000 crop seeder from Northwoods Warehouse. When it arrived we loaded it and took it to our farm. Once uncrated, we discovered that many parts were either missing or damaged. Set pins were missing, cotter pins had been stripped out, and this was a new piece of equipment. Never used. I called and was put in touch with the manufacturer (Northwoods was very unhelpful) I was told that they could ship the parts to me but would be roughly six weeks. We did not have six weeks as it was time to plant. I was told at this time that I could purchase parts from my local store if I wanted to. (at no time was I told that my warranty would be voided if that happened) My father and I spent 8 hours working on this equipment, and still continued to have problems with it. I called Northwoods warehouse to return it and was told that I would have to pay roughly $800 to ship it back since I used my own bolts, parts, etc. The machinery came to me in this condition, and I am being punished for shoddy workmanship. I will never buy another thing from either Field Tuff (the manufacturer) or Northwoods Warehouse (the supplier).
