The two people in sales were condescending, unhelpful, and surprisingly snooty. Finally someone helped us get the 3 items we needed.Overall an incredibly frustrating experience.Ill take my business online and save 20%.That said, the gentlemen in parts were great.

Jim was very helpful, I asked for a part and he got back to me and also gave me his cell to send him pictures, when that location didnt have it he let me know which ones did and called back to follow up and make sure I didnt stay stuck without the part.
