We were helped by Sofia Neu. She was awesome!! Not only was she super friendly and courteous, she was also incredibly helpful. She took great care in solving the issues that we had. We werenβt in the store very long which was nice. She did her job and got us on our way. She is definitely a very beneficial employee to the at&t company and should be valued. Iβve given up on the Pocatello Location at this point. They completely mislead me, causing me to not be able to put insurance claim in. I thought we made progress when I spoke with store manager Kiley Henry. She assured me she would speak with regional manager to come to a resolution for me on 5/8. Since then they have dodge any attempt of me contacting them. Over the phone support just directs me back to the store. As a customer for over 10+, that will end today. Avoid Pocatello, ID location at all costs!

I have had terrible terrible service with T-mobile and was shopping AT&T and Verizon. AT&T was a no-brainer. Verizons service plan options were so confusing it took 30 minutes for the person helping me to explain it and I was still so confused. The service was twice as expensive and theyre best offer was a worse phone than what AT&T offered. I used to lose service every time I walked into a building with T-Mobile. Since I switched to AT&T, my service is incredible, I ever have it up at my local ski resort, where no one else has service!! If youre trying to decide between Verizon, T-mobile or AT&T, just save yourself the trouble and go with AT&T.Juan was incredibly helpful and has continued to bend over backwards to help me by answering questions even after the initial sale was done. I will recommend this Pocatello location in particular again, solely because Juan was so helpful, patient and understanding!!

The manager could take a few notes from this young mans customer service book as he was not very helpful and after making a suggestion regarding my problem, just walked off (no follow up with me).
Went to this store yesterday to upgrade to the newest iPhone. The lady that helped me checked out my phone to make sure it was good for trade in, she even lifted up the screen protector to check for cracks. She looked at the back and saw a small crack on the corner of the phone and stared at it for a couple seconds and then said it was fine for trade in. We got everything switched but my new phone needed to update so she told me that I could hold onto both phones to make sure that all of my data transferred over. Today I went back and dropped off the old phone and wiped all the data off of it. They said I was good to go. They then called me 2 hours later saying that they could not take the phone for trade in because of the small crack on the back of the phone. She said that I could pick up the phone any time because they would be charging for the phone on my next bill. When I went in to go pick up the phone Braydon made a phone call and said that we could not get the phone because they had already taken it in on trade in. He then said that he couldnβt do anything about it because we would need to talk to a manager but both the actual manager and the assistant manager were not in so we would have to wait until Monday. He didnβt seem to care to help us and made it seem like he didnβt care about our business. Overall really awful customer service. If you are looking to be screwed over I would highly recommend going to this store. I think now itβs time to switch cell phone providers to one that actually care about their customers and tells you their policies before you buy a phone.

Awesome! We switched to AT&T and we are so happy with our decision. We switched our cell phones and really like their Home Phone with Internet that works so much better than Verizon.The staff at AT&T were so helpful and patient with 70 year old non-technical people.They are the best.
This place is the best! Hooked me up with the newest iPhone and saved my old phone number from my previous carrier!!! Their customer service is the best I have received from all the other carriers, way above Verizon, especially!!!

Had an extreme long wait
Cant get problem resolved in regard to a purchase made December 23, 2020 then returned on December 29th. They charged me a $40,00 restocking fee, however they did not credit my return to my account. Im still being billed for the tablet that was returned three months ago. The manager seems to always be in a meeting or conference call. The customer doesnt come first at AT&T in Pocatello, Idaho.

I ordered a phone with brand new service but the phone had not come as of today. The customer servic was amazing. They were able to find out the delivery date. I left a very satisfied customer.
If you are looking to be lied to about waiving their $35 activation fees, then visit this store. I left and called into AT&T, explained that I wanted to add a line to an account that Ive had over 10 years, and was told waiving the fee was no problem. The staff in the local store were perfectly okay with me walking away and not doing any business vs waiving the ridiculous fee!
Not a fan of at&t anymore. They were my provider for 17 years. Their current policies are not customer kind. They falsely represent their products. By the time you find out the truth its too late. They used to be a very honest company. Not really sure what happened but maybe when they purchased DirecTV it grew too big?
I love the service I love my phone through them. They have really good service. So please go to at&t and get a new phone today
The majority of the time we have excellent service, however, our visit today was horrible!! My husband went to pay our bill and couldnt get anyone to help him. He waited almost an hour and had to argue with someone to get any help. The store wasnt busy and there were sales people available but they disappeared into the back. We will be calling AT&T customer service to discuss their store customer service policy.

ISU STUDENTS BEWARE: My daughter went it to trade in her phone and the lady said since it had scratches on the back it wasnt eligible. She paid off the remainder balance on the phone and purchased another one. The sales person told her the taxes would be more than her phone was worth but they would take her phone as trade and cancel the taxes. Turns out the taxes were 45 dollars so that phone being worth 200 to 300 on the open market thats not a good deal. She tried to reverse the deal but the lady said it was already In the system and there was nothing she could do without a manager so she would have to wait till Monday. Well today is Monday and the manager said oh we are sorry but your phone has already been shipped off and theres nothing I can do to help you. I called the ATT customer no service line and they said they have control over how shady deals are done in the retail stores and theres nothing they could do. So if your child goes to this store you can be guaranteed that they will be deceived and screwed over whenever possible. As stated by the customer no service their people are probably getting a kick back of some kind to get phones as cheap as possible even at the expense of the students the local companies of Pocatello swear to care about but since this deal was done in person and not over the phone they dont have to help. I know this is long and drawn out but its amazing how much you can write when your children are taken advantage of and youre thousands of miles away.
I really like AT&T. Theyre curtious, professional & friendly! One of the employees spent 2 hours with me trying to figure out something with my phone. And got it figured out! If they dont have the answer they will do their best to find it!
Glorix helped me get a phone in Pocatello I was having problems with the phone and she didnβt want to help me. I asked for her to transfer my stuff and didnβt want to help me. Poor service and poor customer care. Worst experience. Called a couple times for the manager and her told Jamie isnβt there.

Guys whatever you do, do not go to this store!!! Bought a new phone and i choose a color and all we had to wait for them for 1 1/2 to do their inventory so we left they told us to pick up the phone when we went they gave us wrong color. The next day i was calling about my direct tv installation the girl who answer the phone was so sassy and try to be sarcasticπ they have the worst customer service and misinform people and just try to get people to sign up without telling them they are entering a contract. It is sad cause i been with at&t for 4 years never experience this. Worst store everrrrrrrr

We switched to AT&T from T-mobile because collette one of the sales reps, promised us a bunch of promotional offers that turned out to be total b.s. We only switched because of the offers and three months in we find out that none of the offers were real. We tried to resolve the issue with the manager of the store and he was very condescending and offered no help. Basically we switched with no debt to any phone company and now are stuck owing AT&T $1400. This store needs a new manager and better trained employees. I will never go back to this terrible company.

DO NOT even waste your time trying to go to the store. FIRST, there was a guy in there who didnt have a shirt on-which was highly offensive and it smelled like B.O. inside the store. My daughter and I went to the store on November 12, 2016, we walked in and were not greeted, they had some customers in the store but a few associates were standing around shooting the breeze. We wanted to buy a new phone, the customer service is absolutely awful I would advise anyone interested in something from AT&T to call customer service they are a lot more friendly and faster. This place is a joke. There are a lot of punks employed there who dont know ANYTHING about customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
