Talk about a night and day difference. I don’t know how many times I left frustrated a couple of years ago but now unbelievable customer service! Clint is great help and they actually have phones. Best cell store Pocatello has ever seen.

Ryan where are you? Since the store sold to new owners the store is not open when posted, they CHARGE TO SET UP YOUR PHONE! Coverage sucks because they use sprint towers! Customer service is sub-standard! We are switching cell providers...

One got one star no stars isnt a option . The manager at the boost store doesnt care about her customers . She wouldnt even take 5 minutes for s customer to handle something simple. Spent over 200 bucks on friday phones breaks on Monday and she has her employees tell me there is nothing they can do about it

They used to be a good cellphone provider. The past two years have been lackluster, at best. Dont know why they stopped giving one, free month per year (in December). Their data plan is decent, but when using streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Google play, etc.), decent isnt good enough. The owner of the store is very personable. Hope things turn around for him.

BS. Always out of stock on the deals. No trade in options to get the phone you really want. So you end up paying more for a lesser phone that you didnt even want.

Called 2X phone rang and rang till someone picked up and hung up on me both times. Google says they open at 10am and I tried calling at 10:45

I am quite impressed with this specific branch of boost. They are so friendly and know exactly what you need. I would also like to give a big thank you to Kooper. He is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. I was unsure of exactly what I wad looking for but he knew his product and helped me out quite efficiently. I would highly recommend boost

Showed up at 10:15am (they open at 10a), and the store was not open. After sitting outside for an hour, I gave up. In the meantime, I tried to call corporate, and getting an actual live person, is next to impossible. Every number listed online, is customer service, and theres no way to get an actual live operator. Finally called an Idaho Falls store, and asked if they had any way of knowing when they would be open. After the rep sent a few messages, she told me that no one would be to the store until 4pm. Putting something up at the store, would be helpful to people who take time off work or school to get help with problems with their service or hardware, that cant be taken care of, over the phone. A couple years back we had the same problem in Pocatello where the stores would be closed because an employee was unavailable to work, it seemed taken care of, until now. We have gone from 2-3 stores in town, where at least 1 was open, to only 1 store that is only open when it works, with no notifications to speak of. Poor customer service!!!!

This is the first time i have been with boost and i heard very excellent things about them! My interest in boost only grew more after experiencing the knowledge and customer service i got from kooper. This company is definitely something i would refer to anyone.

Phone was ringing nobody answer so I de use go to the store, they were really helpful, they were having issues with the phone actually a person was working on getting it fix.

Said they were out of stock on phones except for a 400 dollar one. Said i could call back but their shipment is already 2 weeks late. I called 6 times and no answer. Rings for 1min 45 sec then goes silent
