Just checked the shop out for the first time today, and I was actually impressed by their inventory considering how small the place is. They have quite a bit of power supplies, various cables, and other things. if you need a part for a computer in a hurry and youre not worried about getting a specific brand or model, theres a good chance they can help you.Some things are priced fairly well, but others are simply outrageous. As of 10/27/21, they have two 3080 tis for $2,000 each. this almost double the msrp, and in my opinion this is scalping. if it wasnt for that, Id probably be a much bigger fan of the store.

My Daughter and I brought her Gaming Computer in and Nick helped us out and got it fixed within an hr. He explained options and was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Nick!! 🙂🙂

I went into the Computer Warehouse on a whim Saturday, Feb 6 2021 and was just browsing. I learned that they had a Ryzen 5 5600x and Asus Prime X570-p in stock despite all the shortages for barely over MSRP. I was slightly disappointed that they were sold out of 16gb sticks of ram, however the gentleman assisting me did recommend a very nice kit if I were to buy online. Ive been building computers for over a decade and its very nice to see that Computer Warehouse has very knowledgeable employees who are just as excited about PCs as I am. I purchased the CPU and motherboard and went home very happy to order the rest of my parts. Hopefully they can get some RTX 3000 series cards in soon. Great store and great staff. I bought a new graphics card from here. They have stock in items I cant find anywhere else. However they do up the price on some items compared to other places. Overall it is great.

I decided it was time to upgrade my very old graphics card for my professional videography business at the WRONG time. I thought Id have to wait at least a year for the big online stores to get 30 series cards in. It took some time but Marshall and his team at Computer Warehouse have been working tirelessly to get them in to try to get everyone on their waitlist a card that wants one. As I chatted with them, I found them to be incredibly professional and kind, even putting the customers needs and wants before their own. All I have to say is thank you guys for helping me make a long overdue upgrade at the worst time possible!

I am pleasantly surprised with my experience with these guys!I needed my PSU replaced and my RAM upgraded. Their prices were very reasonable and their work was great!They did a great job with the cable management for my PSU which I wasnt exactly expecting for their low price to install it. I left with my PC looking way better than when I brought it in!I couldnt be happier with their work on my PC and will continue to do business with them!

Just bought a computer there this morning only to take it home and almost get scammed by some unknown company. Fortunately, I did not fall for their tricks and took it back to the Computer Warehouse where they took care of everything for me including installing some software at no extra cost. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend to anybody looking for anything PC related!

I ordered an AIO that did not come with the appropriate mounting screws online. In my frustration I went into the Computer Warehouse hoping I could buy some of the right ones. They were super helpful, and offered me two different lengths of screws at no charge!

Went in expecting bad news and Nick was able to give us an easier solution.

Excellent customer service experience!!! Walked in to test my graphics card, which I bought elsewhere. Trevor not only helped test the GPU, but also troubleshoot the new build POST problem and got it resolved within 5 minutes.Friendly and knowledgeable service at no charge - par to none!!! Really awesome experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgably about my computer and really did little extra things that made the service shine like cleaning my computer and rerouting some of my cable management.

When I went to pick up my daughters computer with her, this guy Nick would not even go in the back to see if it was ready which I already new it was. He talk condesending to us and didnt want to help us no matter what I asked. 35mins later he leaves a message saying the computer has ready for pickup why havent I picked it up. I will not pick it up if hes working and will not take my business back there as long as he works there.

So during covid things have been hard to find. While computer warehouse may be struggling keeping stock they still arent ripping anyone off like the price gouges. I was lucky enough to snag some computer speakers there at a cheaper price than being sold directly from Amazon. Very friendly staff and a small quiet place to get some great pc parts

Excellent service. Felt a little uncomfortable because I didnt know much about computers and the kid who helped me couldnt have been more than 15yrs old. Took him maybe 10minutes and I was out the door and felt like I just got the best deal ever.

I have dealt with other suppliers, dealers and shops where I was made to think what I have done for the last 30+ years is nothing compared to theirs, or have been made to think I am wasting their time by buying something from them and/or sometimes when I have a question.The Computer Warehouse staff and owner have always been able to answer some of the toughest questions that I have had that I was not able to find an answer for. Over the years I have purchased many systems from Computer Warehouse. Total satisfaction with each and every system. Their warranty has been 100% on everything. Great people to deal with.Note to those who commented on price. For a brick and mortar store their prices are reasonable. I am willing to pay just a little bit more to have a part or product in my hands in real time than pay just a little less and wait for UPS to deliver it to me in a week. There is a trade off in speed and price. Computer Warehouse may have higher prices then online, but you are not force to wait for delivery like online either. They have a reasonable assortment of cables and misc things that always plague any PC builder by being overlooked. Items like thermal paste, data cables, or even a 120mm case fan are often found here for sale.

I work with computers nearly all day, all week long. It is my source of income. I have purchased my last three computers from Computer Warehouse, and I encourage all my friends to do so. There is no question that I could buy a similar computer online for less. However, when I have a problem, I call Computer Warehouse. They immediately help me identify the problems and decide the next step. Or, if I am not certain about whether to upgrade a component or not, I get honest advice. Sometimes they say it is better. Other times they say to just run a diagnostic and fix a problem. And, if I bring my computer in, their labor is ALWAYS covered. Their service is far, far above what you might get at the big box stores. I will gladly pay a little extra for my computer so that I can get my problems solved quickly.

They took payments and held on to my sisters laptop, until she was able to pay all of the bill so glad we didnt lose all the pics on it. Super nice staff way friendly and understanding.

I took my laptop that was purchased a day large chain store and had it customized to fit my specific needs it took them one day two customize my laptop but I was very happy with the results Computer Warehouse is a very good place in Pocatello on Yellowstone

If I could do a lower star I would. Their policy prevents them from taking care of their customers. Sent my son in with a power supply and they still gave him the wrong one. They would not do a transaction cancellation. I wouldnt be so upset but I sent the old power supply with, to make sure there were no issues. Policies at Computer Warehouse are not customer friendly.

Good place, guy knew what he was talking about but the lack of selection killed it for me though Ill give it 4 stars cant expect everyone to hold decent gear

The staff here really knows what they are doing. Whether you are using, mac, linux, or windows, they can help. They also do a great job building or customizing computers and are more than willing to help you get your feet off the ground.

The pricing is not great, but if you need a computer piece that day, then you can find it here and get it put in quickly. They require you to create an account when you want to buy something. I found irritating.

I had a sudden situation with my laptop that I needed addressed right away. For various reasons my options were limited, but the point is that Nick at this shop bailed me out, going above and beyond to resolve my situation. This was my first experience with this store but will not be my last. Thanks much!

I went in last minute hoping to find a cable that I needed and they had it. Generally, if I need something more specialized its tough to find in Pocatello. Service was good and I dont consider the prices bad for a brick and morter store.

Ive been here a few times, and the service is always wonderful. They actually were willing to give me $10 off on a fan I traded in for a new one. I was nervous about taking my computer to a repair shop, but they didnt charge me extra or nickel and dime me like I was afraid of. I cant recommend this shop highly enough. Ive even liked their Facebook page. This place is amazing. Its small and the decor looks like its from the golden age of PCs, (the mid to late 90s) but you couldnt ask for better prices, fairer deals and nicer staff. Very knowledgeable AND professional. Its my go-to place for all issues computer related.

Marshall is the most dedicated person I have ever met to the idea of customer service and pride in his product. You cant go wrong with taking your computer there for repairs or purchasing a new system.

Could have been better. I told them my laptop was overheating and paid $40 to diagnose it. When finished, they basically said it was overheating........ umm. Also they failed to plug the keyboard back in and I noticed two missing screws, bummer.

It okay but like every where else in town has nothing a do it yourselfer would need beside maybe cables, and maybe a external hard drive encolosure. Sadly thier fans are priced to high, can order 2 or 3 online for same price.
