Where do I begin this review. I was so excited that tractor supply offered a paddleboat. We had planned a family vacation to go camping by a lake and was excited to have the boat join us. I ordered this in June. It was supposed to be delivered July 1. Then it got delayed to July 6. Then it got lost. Then I got refunded and re-ordered another one the pictures below are the other one. It was in so damage I returned it and got a full refund. We have had nothing but trouble going back-and-forth endless emails back-and-forth phone conversations. In August the Lost one showed up I called they knew nothing about it. I am now returning that one because for me in order to purchase it he wanted me to come into the store with the boat which was at least 60+ miles away.I do have to say some of the people I spoke to were very kind and understanding. But the company itself bad business.

Walking through main aisle and they have this big 3 foot metal star sticking out a foot into the aisle walkway that I walked right into. The full corner of star struck my forearm and hit a nerve an sure hurt.. I tell a employee she says she fix it so noone else walks into it but doesnt do anything. later a short skinny employee guy I told an he simply walked off after I told him.. I said I should make a safety complaint. The woman employee says I really doubt anything will happen or further also says oh ya to other employee ^oh ya I forgot^. Anyway be careful they have that problem other places in the store.

Not hardly an employee to assist. .. even when you have the only visible employee (the cashier) page them on the intercom.Once another employee arrived they seemed perturbed and only wanting to argue instead of assisting. Then proceeded to just ignore us and moved to answer calls and ask other customers what she could do to help them.Very unprofessional..... disappointing service from a store we used to really like

Needed a product called Vet RX & Tractor Supply was the only place I could find that carried it. Also their electrolyte & probiotic powder were less expensive then the ranch store in town. Stephanie the clerk asked if I needed help when I came in, explained what I was looking for & she took right to the product. Great customer service. Also picked up some Rooster Booster, vitamins & electrolytes with lacto bacillus. Go to Tractor Supply when you need something out of the ordinary 👍.

Great store I go there mainly for their fence post they have really good pressure-treated fence post and they work really well good selection of tea posts and gates lots of gates and they’re always in stock.

Cashier & customer service training needed at this location. Waited in line to purchase rubber matting. I need to unlock it from outside, let me check out these other customers first. Okay, fine. Can I pay for it now so I can just take it and go? No, we have to scan it outside, then you can come back in and pay. Cashier unlocks item and scans tag; I remove item from stack and set it aside. I follow cashier back inside to pay. A long line developed, and cashier proceeded to check out other customers instead of completing my transaction. Will just go to Home Depot next time.

I was a little depressed when cal ranch left this building and tractor supply took its place, but I gotta say, this place has everything I need and then some for my ranching and farming needs. Cal ranch pushes more clothing then anything but this place has tools, parts and accessories for your farming needs in what I feel is a greater quantity. It feels less like a big box store feel like how cal ranch tries to cover all the bases and this place sticks with their niche.

Its a ranch store, its convenient, the workers are helpful and they have some stuff thatd be hard to find otherwise. Prices are decent, selection is great

They keep a nice selection of items for animal care. The prices are good and even better if you watch for sales. The age of the building and care for the interior are starting to show but it is a farm/ranch store not a restaurant. While not worth the out of the way trip to come here, if we are in the area and need something, we will stop.

I really enjoy going to tractor supply. Dog food choices and prices are great. I needed some wood screws. Found what I needed easy. And employees where available if I needed

I was pleasantly surprised.The store itself was very neat and organized.Sales people were friendly.Not all of the items were reasonably priced,but I liked the fact that they had small engine parts and also certain pet supplies,decent sturdy leashes and collars for midsized dogs,that are meant to actually stay on dogs neck.

This place has met and surpassed all needs Cal Ranch is short or over priced on, since the day the opened. I run 10-15 head of livestock on the regular up on my small ranch. We get all our grain from them. They even order volume in advance to meet my needs, while keeping it in the store warehouse for me when weather does not permit storage up at the ranch. Top notch staff. Great atmosphere. Any and all will feel welcome at Tractor Supply.....try and say the same about Cal Ranch🤙

Overall not bad. Its a clean store with a decent variety of typical farm and ranch type supplies. Service is usually a slow to offer assistance (not sure if anyone has ever asked me if I needed help here, now that I think about it) but overall the people seem friendly enough. I dont know if I just got used to the ranch store that used to be at this location, but Ive never gotten myself to visit TSC often. I usually end up making the drive out to the Pine Ridge Mall to visit their competitor; I have better luck finding what Im after, and I like their selection of certain items a lot better. Overall, not a bad store if youre in a pinch.

I always find what I need here at better prices than other local stores have. The staff are friendly and the store is clean.

The store is great but ordered product online was emailed that my item was at store drove 30 miles to town and was informed it wasn’t there and wasn’t going to be. They canceled my order never offered to try and get it for me said I would be refunded my money. Very disappointed!! So don’t trust the online info! Call first

They were great! I called in to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and helped me load a kyak into my truck!

I love this store! I buy all of my animal feed and supplies here. I can also buy stuff for my garden and tractor at the same time! The people are always very friendly and helpful.

Good prices, good products nice service.

Dont buy a automotive battery there!!! If its dead in 3 months, to fffffn bad. Thats all the warranty they have. Plus they switched battery companys, to avoid having to warranty the battery.Then i have called on different occasions checking to see if they had Coarse Ground Rock Salt. They said yes, I drive over and no rock salt! WTF Several times that happened. Take the time to drive over, only to find they cant keep track of inventory.

Very helpful and friendly. I fill my propane there all the time. Very happy with the service. Usually pretty quick to get whatever service you need.

They had baby ducklings for .50¢ .The employee came right up to us to see if they could help us find anything. Its actually a helpful little supply dtore

This place has a good selection of farm equipment, wood stoves, yard and garden equipment, tools and work cloths. They have online purchase and pickup also.

These guys are great and have a decent selection of items for horses and livestock, clothing and dhoes, farm and home, and bird watching and pets. The best experience I had here was when I bought an ATV weed sprayer and it was missing a part from the manufacturer. The manager here and his employees went out of their way to get everything I needed to get my product to work again. And of course at no additional charge! This review is for the online ordering. TSC asked for my opinion and rejected my review stating it wasnt personal enough. So I will give it here. I ordered some culvert piping on Nov 8th of 2018. The web site indicated this would be shipped within four days. It is now the 27th of November and still no sign of the pipes. I called the store and no.one could give me any information about my online order. I ask for tracking information and I found it on my email. It has been in Illinois for a week. When you are used to amazon, this system is horrible. Problem is the employees at the store could give me little or no information. Thus is the twenty-first century. Get updated. Other than that,I like the store very much. I wont use there online ordering again. Is this personal enough?

I went here for some fencing and the gentleman who rang me up said ok someone will meet you on the side to load you up and I get out there and no more than a minute and a half later someone was out there opening the gate so I could pull in and load up..the guy who helped me load the fencing was very helpful and friendly!!
