The sales rep “Braiden” was fantastic very friendly and understood what we were looking for, we were not sure how much money to expect to spend so we tried to keep it low though he was gentle and great at helping us realize we were thinking to low and for something that would be worthwhile and actually improve our sleep he then showed us the best options he had available, if you ever go to mattress outlet talk to Braiden he will take care of you he really really did the best job I’ve seen as a sales agent in my life, he really meant to help us out and did. We ended up getting a mattress and pillows and a protection cover for the mattress. The products were also above and beyond expectations we will be keeping business with them from now on.

Bought a mattress, mattress topper, and set of sheets. Paid for it on the same day but they didn’t have the mattress topper or the sheets in stock. They were going to be there within two weeks and they would call when they were there. One month later I went in, they still did not have the mattress topper or the sheets. Then six weeks from when we bought the mattress we went back to just get a refund on the items we NEVER RECEIVED. They told us repeatedly that we signed a no return policy and that we could not get our money back but we never received the items.Still waiting!!!!!NOT HAPPY!BEWARE!

My experience purchasing a bed here was a total joke. The sales rep tried to charge me more than we agreed on and then argued with me for 10 minutes about the difference. When I got home and opened the box (it was a bed in a bag) the mattress had what looked like a urine stain. Sent pictures to the manager. He said hed get work the manufacturer and get back with me and Ive never heard a word back. Junk product and service@ its most pathetic.

I went in to buy a bed for my sister. There was a good selection of mattresses. We purchased a queen mattress, pads and frame for around $700. Delivery and disposal of the old mattress for $55. I went into the Idaho mattress outlet store looking for a better pillow since Id been having lots of sleep issues for some time and my pillow wasnt that great. When I went into the store, Jonasz was very attentive and helpful. He asked me some questions like my price range and if I slept on my back or side and also had me lie down on a few different mattresses to see the huge difference in feeling between them. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about mattresses and other sleep paraphernalia. With his help, I was able to find an amazing foam pillow with a cut out for your shoulder, perfect for sleeping on your side! The last few nights Ive had amazing sleep, and its all thanks to these guys. Also, Jonasz showed me the retail price for the pillow I was purchasing to show me just how great of a deal I was getting. The retail price was $150 and they were selling it for $89 before any promotions! Definitely a great place to find quality mattresses and pillows for a killer price.

I had been mattress shopping online and poked my head in mainly to check the place out and do a little comparison shopping. I was favorably impressed with how neat and clean the store was, and how well the manager knew his way around, particularly since he was from the Idaho Falls store. He answered my questions without trying to sell me something more expensive. I ended up buying! He managed to arrange delivery in about an hour, sooner than the store sign indicated. The delivery showed up on time, and when we discovered they had given him the wrong size, he took it back and returned with the correct mattress, and a free set of sheets for my trouble! The price beat anything I had found online, I slept like a log last night, and they definitely went beyond the call of duty with the speedy delivery and free sheets. Highly recommended.

I had recently moved to Pocatello from Johnstown, Pennsylvania. I was unable to bring a U-Haul across the country and was sleeping on a air mattress that began to deflate through the night for a couple weeks. Needless to say, I needed an actual mattress. The staff at Idaho Mattress worked with my very strict budget and I was able to get a mattress delivered on the same day I walked in. Which was fairly close to closing time. I ended up with an absolutely wonderful mattress and box-spring set with a price that was outstanding. They offered free delivery even after their regular business hours closed.and when they delivered it, they gave me a free set of amazingly comfortable sheets! I would recommend this to anyone in the area, especially college students, or anyone who needs a superb mattress that will not put you into debt. The mattress are name brand, and are the same you would get from one of the flagship stores, only with a much better price-tag. Just bought a California King mattress from these guys yesterday and last night was the best night of sleep my husband and I have ever had. They were probably the nicest sales-people I have ever met and were there to genuinely give you the best quality for the best price. My daughter and I bought our first ever brand new mattresses here at Idaho Mattress Outlet after scouring most of the furniture stores in Pocatello first. We were ready to give up when we walked inside and to be honest I was tired of dealing with snooty store owners and employees and I just wanted to go home. Right away their customer service was above and beyond anything we had experienced that day from the second we walked in! The employee was extremely knowledgeable about their products and had a paper of more information in his hand in case I had a question about something he didnt already know about. Not only did he get me a great deal on our brand new beds, but we got off topic to TVs and he recommended that we go to Costco for ours to save even MORE money, and he was RIGHT! I recently purchased a king size Sealy mattress, platform, and memory foam pillow from Idaho Mattress Outlet.Im a bigger guy who has had 7 spine surgeries.I have several vertebrae fused in both my neck and my lower back which means that getting comfortable and sleeping has been very difficult for me for years. I worked with Jonasz who was not only very friendly but extremely helpful! After asking me the specifics about my injuries, treatments for injuries, and my sleep positions and patterns, Jonasz pointed me in the direction of three different mattresses that he thought would suit me the best. He patiently waited as I checked out each one and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my various questions.Upon selecting the mattress, the pillow, the anti-slip cover for the platform, and the platform to place the mattress on, I concluded that I had saved approximately $1,000 compared to buying all the same products anywhere else.Although I was happy with the experience and extremely happy with the financial savings, the real test has been trying it out. This outlet had a fairly good selection of soft and firm mattresses. They gave me 50% off on a latex pillow that I bought along with the mattress, which was great. They remembered that my wife and I had visited earlier that week and they remembered what we were looking for, which impressed me.

I called ahead and Jared, one of the best sales clerks, not only remembered my aunt and my visit from a week prior but also set up options of mattresses (including box spring/frame) in the store prior to my grandma and her partner’s arrival . This was very appreciated since my grandmother is elderly its difficult and exhausting for her to get around; as well it was important for her to be able to trial getting in/out of this bed. In addition to remembering my aunt and Is prior visit, pre staging the mattress options, Jared also easily and patiently fielded all of our questions and assisted in an educated selection of an appropriate and very comfortable mattress.
