Charles is the best and if he can’t help you find the bed you want for your price then you’re just changing pennies! More Mattress is worth every cent and then some! They came and set up my bed and saved me a whole lot of trouble since my bedroom is up two flights of stairs! This is the place to go from start to finish!

Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got me and my wife a fantastic deal with a monthly payment. The bed was and still is very comfortable. I will not go to anyone else in the future. This is the place I recommend in Pocatello

After moving from the east coast I had to leave my queen bed behind. I had a small budget but didn’t want a box wrapped in fabric so I shopped around and tried the big box places first. After visiting a couple other local places I’ve heard about it felt like I was either back in the 80’s or my parents garage I felt like there wasn’t a store here in between. Local and modern. The atmosphere was uncomfortable with so much clutter and no difference in price I continued my search. I found More Mattress, after a very alarming experience at one of the big box retailers across the street from them, I was so happy to have met Charles! He was so kind and the store was so clean and beautiful I was even hesitant I could afford such a place! They have every bed all the other stores have! I found a bed I liked for a reasonable price and I was so happy they offered financing and free delivery! I am just so happy I didn’t have to buy from a place that has bags on the foot of their beds or furniture stacked to the ceiling or meeting up in a sketchy warehouse with the same bed piled high. It was such a breath of relief! Thank you so much charles for bringing a beautiful experience to Pocatello! Thanks for my incredible deal and I will return if I ever need a bed again!

I bought my bed last year and I got a text to leave a review. I don’t leave reviews but after reading the ONE negative review I felt like I had to chime in. Charles is the most courteous person I’ve had the pleasure to deal with especially when it comes to bed buying. We are in a pandemic and I cannot believe that someone would hold anyone responsible personally for what is going on in this political climate let alone retail situation. I think people forget that we’re all human and doing our best. Charles you are amazing and went way out of your way to make sure we got everything we needed and gave us an incredible deal. There is nowhere in town that does it better and I question anyone who feels the need to put down a local business during a pandemic. We hope you know that we love our bed and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Keep doing what you’re doing!

I am so happy with my bed! After going to other local places and even mattress firm and Denver, Charles won me over, he is professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the warranty of my bed and helped me find the best bed for my back pain issues. We got the icomfort by Serta I am so happy! I was so happy they carry well known brands as well as some I never heard of that seemed to be of great quality as well. I felt very confident knowing I have a friend in the business that will take care of me. I will always be back for any future mattress and bedding needs. Thank you again!

Ive been waiting for my mattress sense 9/30th and its 11/13th I still dont have it and every time I call they say theyll have it here sometime next week an when that week comes an I call they say the same thing

So we decided to upgrade my son to a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. We originally went in there searching for just the full size mattress. We were greeted by very helpful staff and our salesman was amazing, he did not try to up sell us into something we didn’t want. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and warranties. After checking around town we just could not pass up such a great deal on two brand new mattresses and covers. I am very impressed with the quality of all the items we purchased. We took home the full size the day we purchased it and the twin size came in the next day! The only problem I have now, is my son can’t decide which bed to sleep on! (he has tried them both) I would recommend More Mattresses to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!!! They are simply amazing! Thank you for such a great customer service!

This is the best store in Pocatello! Charles is by far the most knowledgeable sales person Ive met. I went to three stores before i found this gem. More mattress is THE place to go!!! I walked in because it was a new store and wanted to check it out. I was so impressed with the prices, and the staff that I came back with my wife and we got ourselves a new pillow top king mattress! I would highly recommend them!!!
