They have a big selection of pluming fittings . Better quality than Lowes, Home depot. Of course it cost a little more at Ferguson.

I had only heard good things about this store from friends and family members but honestly I don’t understand the hype.  We were browsing for almost 20 minutes and not a single sales person even greeted us.  We came in to buy but after that, we took our business elsewhere.

Crappie like always, took 4ever to get stuff!!Hate going to that store in particular!!Nasty costumer service!

Horrible service, dont rely on their delivery service to show up on time. They dont care and wont have a solution to fix the problem if you complain.

They over charged me so much that I will not ever buy anything from them ever again. Not even in an emergency. This place does not exist to me.

My go to spot these guys are always helpful and always have everything I need and if they don’t have it they always get it for me or point me in the right direction.

Very slow service. They need to move quicker. They seem very inefficient in the way they do things there. It would be nice if they had clean drinking water especially for the summer months. They do have an ice machine and a popcorn machine which is a good start. They do need a lot more efficiency and confirmation on making sure that the parts that are going out are matching with what is being ordered that way we are not having to come back and waste our time. Time is money for all of us in this industry. There should be something in place to where a customer should get something in return for the inconvenience of having to come back when a Ferguson employee makes the mistake of not double checking and making sure that everything checks out with whatever the customer is buying. Checks and balances.

The ferguson in Stockton California has a heavy set black guy thats likes to try and be rude and had the nerve to bring me a nail gun and wood to chock my load of pipe...why wouldnt he make safety be the number one factor I think its a race issue and all the other drivers thought to

Great good service

They need to do better with the customer service at will call.The dude there was rude and uncaring.I had to tell him what part i had order 6 weeks ago because he wouldnt care to look it up, until the very end.Bottomline other than waiting a long time for my order to be fetched, i was disapointed .

Very disappointed.. came to buy a part and was told they couldnt sell me the part because i wasnt a contractor. Thanks Ill take my business somewhere else. Added question: Are you open to the public? Or do I indeed need a contractor license?

Terrible. My wife called twice to verify they had the correct size for an item we needed. Both times they confirmed they had the correct size. I drove all the way out to the store to pick it up. I was again told they had the correct size. When they brought me the item it was the wrong size and they didnt have the right size we needed. Customer service was slow and uncaring.

Best damn place for plumbing supplies.

Always has what I need. Sometimes you gotta wait a while but they can always get what you need with friendly service.

I used to work here as a putaway driver and sometimes order picker. Theres a lot of drama and favoritism in the 2nd shift putaway department. I worked here for almost 2 years, fast paced, on my feet for 12 hours a days, always came to work and as one of their top 2 guys here out of 15 people in my department I only received a $0.25 cent raised while everyone in my department got at least $1.00 raised. Its all about favoritism with management and how brown youre nose gets. Management is horrible here so many crap went on that people should have gotten arrested if cops saw what was going on. so with all the drama and stress that i endure in this place I was never the same person nor was my hair. I just regret wasting my life here, I truly do.

Slow counter wait. Still using dot matrix printers. Not even invited to have food, however others were invited. Rather one sided, but not the first time.
