First off I want to disclose my credit was wrecked a long time ago so I was surprised when I actually qualified for quite a bit and was able to get a washer dryer set on sale. It was an open box from what I was told but it works great and Ill go get a new stove when Im paying this off.

On December 8th My husband paid $ 3,540 on his bank card the lady said that they didnt receive the payment, I called the bank and they said that the payment went through, so I went in a week later a young lady was there I showed her that the Payment was cleared and they still denied receiving the payment, the young lady was on the phone with another female who advised her to tell me that I have to take the bank card again. They havent bothered calling me Its a month later and I still havent received a call or the appliances my husband paid for...

Unique Appliances are a frauds. The store manager Natalie, sold me a used damaged LG Signature washer dryer combo as new. She then falsified my application and forge the finance contract.

Sent us a contract a day later with payments that we did not agree to. Forged my signature and my husband’s in the contract but think it’s ok because it’s DocuSign. I did not even see the document they sent me with “my” signature. Wanted us to pay 8k on a 3k fridge. Natalie, Denise and Liz have no idea who handles what regarding their finance company. Denise is rude and combative and has horrible customer service. As soon as I questioned them, I received a horrible attitude. Didn’t hear that attitude when they thought they were fooling me and getting my money.By the way during the mask order, the employees were not wearing masks as they were assisting customers.

The worst place to go. DO NOT GO. BEWARE!!!. so I bought washer and dryer, washer did not work they charged me money to fix. I took it home and it still didnt work right. I explained the situation and they didnt help me and wanted me to pay for another one higher in prices. Worst customer service and they lie. The parts are used and they say they put new parts. After the first time they said it was fixed. I had another tech from a different company come to my home they told me that the washer mother board aka computer is fried / damaged. I hated my experience at this place never buy any appliances. They say they gaurante but they lie. I do not recommend them and have filed a complaint to business bureau on them. I find it funny btw they will say that my husband broke the merchandise, how by turning it on. I do not recommend this store. I wasted my money and my time. They are not worth going to. I promise you.

****PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE****I was recommended to this appliance store by a co-worker of mine who I had been speaking to about my refrigerator problem. I did not expect much due to the area, however I thought what do I have to lose let me give this place a shot.1.) Upon walking in I was greeted by a lady Jennifer (Sales lady) who had no knowledge on the products she was selling. Didnt pay it no mind I had did my own research on the basics of what I was interested in.2.) This place sounded like a daycare facility kids running around and crying. The even have a crib in the store!3.) They work with a finance company, SNAP finance. When you pay off your merchandise they DO NOT report your payment responsibility to the 3 major credit bureaus, due to they base your approval on gross income rather than your actual credit score OK fair enough. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt.4.) The lady Mayra who entered my order into the system was very sweet and tried her best to help all while attending to her kids, walk-in customers, answering the telephone and posting on Instagram ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!5.) I purchased a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and was advised by Mayra that I will be receiving a NEW in the BOX item. I was happy to schedule my delivery date the following day at 4-6 pm. However, was called at my office at 12:00pm the delivery drivers were ahead of schedule and on their way to my home. I rushed out of my office and headed home, two young gentleman worked quickly to haul away my old fridge and bring in the new one. I immediately noticed that this item was not in a box as I was promised by Mayra at the store. The said they removed it from the box due to shipping purposes but assured this was the new refrigerator. As I rushed back to work I did not get a chance to inspect the fridge thoroughly, my mistake. At 6:00 pm that evening when my husband got home he called me to tell me that the front door was DENTED. The dent was about the size of a quarter, but thats beside the point. I paid over $728.00 for this refrigerator, I immediately called the appliance store and spoke to Mayra she had no idea what to do nor how to react to my allegations. Which goes back to the zero customer skills that I received when I walked through the door to begin with. I than spoke to THE MANAGER who had not only blamed my children for denting the door (mind you, they were not even home) and said that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I stressed that this happened during the rushed and unexpected delivery and that they are responsible for fixing or replacing the item. They promised a call back which never happened! I called the finance company they said that they go by the stores return policy. So again I was screwed over!6.) After countless calls, I drove back to Unique appliance store and talked to THE MANAGER who said he has to wait and see what the finance company says. I stressed I did not have time to be going back and forth and needed to know whether my BRAND new refrigerator door that I purchased from his store was going to be replaced. And if he wished that we wait for the finance company, I immediately called them and put them on speaker. He felt foolish and said You know what, hang up on them. We will replace the door for you tomorrow at 11:00 am. And if you didnt dent the door that means that they did, and pointed towards the two delivery drivers. He also stated that they will be liable for it and that it was coming out of their paychecks!!! I was livid but walked away knowing that my door would be fixed the following day.7.) The following day, I was called by the lady Jennifer who had no idea how to speak to begin with, she stated that in order for the delivery guys to come out I had to pay an additional $80 for installation. I had just about enough with the senseless people who took absolutely zero accountability for THEIR MISTAKE. I told them to keep their replacement, I will deal with the dent and I will NEVER do business with them again. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!!!! What a waste!
