I love this store. It is only 4 months old and has so many great discounted items and sales specials. They had a full sized bed with frame on sale for only $199.00 which is amazing.The staff were so friendly as well and have call back lists as well. They were selling tower circular fans for only $15.00.Great place to shop.

I think the prices at this place were pretty good, excellent, in fact. The salesperson was very attentive - followed me around perhaps a little too much lol. I felt like he thought I was going to steal something, maybe it’s been a problem.The problem I had is the limited selection. I went in to look at ranges and they only had 1 gas stove/range in the whole warehouse! And the one they had clearly had been heavily used and was soiled. that seemed outrageous to me for such a large place. I may be back for another need in the future but not unless it’s on my way somewhere.

WENT INTO HOME DISCOUNT EXPECTING TO BUY A STANDING FAN ADVERTISED ON OFFER UP (YOU CAN MAKE A OFFER). FIRST I WAS GREETED BY A VAGRANT AT THE DOOR. WHEN I GOT TO THE PALLET OF FANS EVERY SINGLE ONE HAD DIFFERENT PARTS IN DIFFERENT BOXES WITH NO REMOTE CONTROLS TO THEM. SO, I DECIDED TO ASSEMBLE ONE THERE AND I MANAGED TO BUILD ONE BUT W/NO REMOTE. TOOK IT TO THE FRONT AND WAS TRYING TO GET A BETTER PRICE THAN ($35.00). ASKED ONE OF THE ASSOCIATES THERE AND SHE THEN ASKED THE MAIN PERSON IN CHARGE AND SHE SAID NO. SO I TOLD HER I WENT THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF ASSEMBLING A COMPLETE FAN. SHE SAID ITS $35.00 THAT IS THE DISCOUNT. SO I WENT BACK AND DISASSEMBLED THE FAN MAKING SURE ALL OF THE PIECES WERE IN DIFFERENT BOXES AND LEFT. WENT NEXT DOOR TO HOME DEPOT AND FOUND A BRAND NEW FAN (NO REMOTE BUT NEW) DIFFERENT BRAND BUT FOR $22.00.BOTTOM LINE,HOME DISCOUNT HAS NO DISCOUNT JUST A BIG STORE FULL OF RETURNED ITEMS AND FLOOR DISPLAY MODELS FROM OTHER STORE BUY OUTS. P.S. THE GIRL IN CHARGE WAS FIRM AND SNOTTY. I WOULD HAVE GAVE THEM NO STARS BUT YOU ARE FORCED TO LEAVE A STAR TO POST A COMMENT.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! do not buy from here. We purchased an oven since July 2020 and till this date they will not release our purchase and we pain in cash.. so our fully paid oven is in their store fully paid and we cant even pick up. We call and go and all they say the owner needs to come and verify. VERIFY WHAT.. that he took our money and he has poor Business service!!!! HORRIBLE, place a complaint to Better Business Bureau.DONT SHOP their if you dont want to be ripped off!!!!! NO STARS!!!

Price was appropriate for cosmetically damaged washer and dryer. Delivery was $125 and that was to include parts and install. Driver showed up by himself and asked me to help him bring in both units. Not only did I have to install both units (hot cold water, gas line etc), he did not come prepared with any parts to fit the gas dryer. The LG dryer gas input does not match the universal gas line for some reason and his only words were you go home depot, you buy adapter. Completely unacceptable. If you buy from here, its a good deal but you will pay for delivery and install and they will not do the work you paid for

Horrible place we were sold 1,700 dollar refrigerator right before quarantine. Lasted less than a month when it stopped working. All our food went to waste. We tried to reach customer service with no luck. I believe this place is selling damaged goods with no care for their customers. Blindly robbing them. Unfortunately we did not look this place up until it was too late. Hired someone to fix the problem since no help from this store. The refrigerator is a waste. We were sold something that was only fixed to work meanwhile we brought it home. We were told this by two different appliance repair men. Hope this helps others to not buy from this place as they dont care. Especially in these difficult times.

I was looking for a high tech toaster oven a Calphalon quartz heat countertop oven to be exact and Amazon I selling it for $229 and Costco wants $199 and I picked up a brand new one for $99 bucks and picked some other goodies as well for a fraction of the price. The staff is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Disappointed, I came here because I was interested in some tower fans they had listed on offer up for $15. After getting a response from them saying they still had some, I went there and dug through their pile of fans to get 2 of them. Spent about 20 minutes doing this and then testing them to make sure they worked. When I got to the counter the guy rings me up at $24.99 each and said they ran out of the ones for $15 the week before. I then showed him the message on offer up which was from yesterday, and he says oh, those were different models and they forgot to change the pricing They were clearly the same model/brand, but I was done arguing my case at point.Other than that, this place might have some good items, looks like they get returns/damaged items from club stores.Just make sure they give you the correct pricing and HONOR IT!

My husband and I went into this store looking to buy a washer. This store was recommended to us by a family member. After walking into this store and and being helped by a male associate. Who I assumed was knowledgeable about the merchandise here. Oh boy was I wrong I left a deposit for a washer. Since we dont own a truck I had to wait for someone to pick it up for me. Later on that evening my husband and brother n law picked it up and paid the balance. Upon arriving home and trying the washer. We noticed it was leaking water from the bottom. We immediately called the store. Alexia suggested we take it back to see if they could swap it out. After my husband and brother n law took it back. They were helped by the same gentleman who originally sold it to us. He said there was not much they could do. The only two options were call the manufacturer or swap it out for another one that was dented with no further discount. My husband and I were upset. Thats were the story changes Alexia came to the rescue. She suggested we leave the washer there and have a technician take a look at it. So thats what we did. The next day we were told the techian was unable to fix it at the momonet. Alexa kindly offered a store credit or swapping it out. Unfortunately those two options didnt work for my situation. Thats were the manager stepped in and did a good deed. He kind heartedly took care of us. Originally I was going to give a one star because of the non helpful gentleman who sold us the washer. The only reason I changed my mind was because of Alexia she is such a sweetheart. Very polite, understanding and helpful young lady. Also the owner was very understanding of my situation. Will we be coming back maybe. will I recommend for sure. They have great stuff a reasonable prices. Im sharing my story because an unpleasant moment ended with a happy ending.

Do not buy from here its a rip off ...i bought a washer and drier and a fridge and they didnt even work and they over charge you unless u go pay them cash if not they sell it to u in month to month but they end up charging u double the cost of the appliances i was supost to pay 2,000 for the washer and drier and the fridge and im paying like 5,000 for things that dont even work ... Just go to home depot is cheaper and they are new .

I’m absolutely in love with this shop. Staff is friendly and trying their best to save money for me! The dining table I bought here is perfect for me! I wasn’t expect I can get such brilliant table at such low price!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to get a tv stand and after paying I had asked if they could put in the back because I was going to pick up later and the guy said ok that he would also tag it sold and when I came back a couple days later to pick up the same guy that sold it to me had sold it to some one else and would not own up to his mistake and also would not refund me. I have bought here before and never received such bad service. Never going back again.

Placed an order for a table July 5th. Called and spoke with Alexia on July 12th and was told our table was delayed but we would hear by July 14th. It’s July 21st and we haven’t heard anything and no one answers when I try calling.

Waiting 30 minutes before I had to go ask for help and when I went to ask for help they helped someone else and never attended me... HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT COME HERE

I had a bad experience today, I called earlier to see if they had an Insignia 7.0 cu ft for $179 chest freezer and was told there was such freezer available for sale. I drove all the way from North East Los Angeles to Pomona. I got there after the call and was told the freezer was not available and the showed another one they had available and one guy told me it was for $349 and after the owner/boss checked it the price changed to $549.. hmm what are the odds that the chest freezer is almost twice the price from a new one when they are supposed to be 70% or more discounted from the original price.

Dont even bother to come to this place. Everything is broken

This place is horrible 😢, they lied about how long it takes for shipment on a mattress and then they do not tell you about their refund policy, they stamp it on your receipt without your knowledge. Plus neither of the staff know anything on the merchandise its clear this guy hired people blindly.
