I cant believe it! I needed a white collared shirt and black slacks Bistro style for a job orientation and found everything here. I had gone to Macys Last Act discount area the night before and I wouldve spent $70 instead of $15 for the same thing. Very happy!

Happy to find a couple shirts at the old pricing at this location. Store was organized, but cashier could have called for help since there was a line. Other than that happy experience

I love this store. its got great sales every day, and a wide selection of nearly new items. its my first stop for clothes, both casual and formal. stop by. you wont be disappointed.

10-20-21 the place was neat and clean and organize the staff was nice the price is ridiculous is overly priced a little small water gun for 799 when I can go to Dollar Tree or the 99 cent store and purchase the same thing for a dollar Goodwill this is not Target or Walmart that you can just go in and shop for new stuff this is used up donated to you guys and I feel that you guys need to relook at all these prices that you have in your store is overly priced

This is pathetic having to wait in line in the sun when its almost 90 degrees outside just to see what second hand stuff this place offers!! Not to mention only letting one person in at a time!! Ive been here not 10 minutes and ive seen several people turn away and leave. All because of this nonsense virus!! Just another way of controling people. Treating us like cattle!! Rediculous! Prepare to loose business!!

So slow over priced

Usually a decent place to shop, but the staff, mostly the young guy ringing you up leaves a LOT to be desired. Im in here ALL the time. He didnt bother to bag my several items. His communication skills were basically a series of grunts...There are so many thrift stores in the area that Im going to bail on this one.

Goodwill has little of it. The employees were polite enough, but we now must do their job and sort our own donations! The only real good the company was doing, providing people with jobs, they are now cutting back on, because they wont pay them to take the time to sort donations. Our good goes to the Salvation Army from now on. So fed up!

Good will seem to have a lot of different kinds of styles of clothes and there was a lot to choose from. The customer service there was pretty good. The only thing is that I wish they had and that would be shopping carts.

Its walking distance from my residence, and at first I didnt care for it because I loved the other thrift store next door. But now I love shopping at the goodwill, its made me visit other locations also. But my favorite is the color of week Wednesday shopping, where its $1.00 for any color of week tag, all day!!! N u can find so many great bargins!!!

This is the worst goodwill I have ever visited. Not sure if there is qualified management here. I have tried to donate 1 or 2 small bags of clothing, on three different occasions and was turned away each time because they were overwhelmed with things. Seriously? They wont take 1 small bag of free clothes? Never been to any other goodwill where that was the case. Dont waste your time here seriously...

Its a good store with good staff. My only complaint is they refuse to let the suit hanger go with the sold suit. Which is a little ridiculous seeing that the hanger definitely came with the suit, as the hanger was tagged with the name of the suit.

I like this one in Pomona, the store is clean, people that work there very helpful/friendly. Prices are getting higher though. The one in Ontario on 7th/mountain, filthy, managing staff..wont go again. Try other thrift shops

Good thrift shop for records if you are willing to really dig. Good clothing and book section as well. Dishes and furniture tend to be pretty picked over.

It s close to my home.

Wish it was closer to me. I would gladly make it my Dollar Day Thursday. The only not-so positive is the small parking lot.

The store is neatly arranged making it easy to shop .my worry is the high price on clothes please consider to low the prices on ladies attires to compete effectively with Fallas,& dds Discount other items prices are okay

I did a part time job from them and there staff is A 5 stars to the the coworkers as well LOVE THIS PLACE HOPE I GET HIRED

Everything is clean and organized they have fitting rooms as well would only recommend putting out more furiture other than that its awesome

A lot of customers and 1 checker, a long wait to check out, unpleasant employees. Nice merchandise but have to weigh whether hassle & rude workers are worth it?

Plenty of parking in the rear. The store is clean and well organized. It opened in the last year. Plus, the staff are very friendly!

Management and staff are all really great people! Always offering help and a great attitude.

On several occasions, the staff in the donation receiving area have been rude, unhelpful, and discourteous. They provide no explanations or context when they refuse to accept a donation. When their poor attitudes are pointed out to them, they respond with racial remarks or outright laughter and derision. Twice, the vacuous employees promised to provide electronic donation receipts that were never provided. Such poor performance should not be rewarded with continued employment here or elsewhere.

It is a good place to shop, and findthings that you dont have.

There is a LOT of internal theft by the local homeless and local tweakers..wish goodwill would beef up security for the women that work on the salesfloor..sometimes items seem priced above what people in the area would pay..otherwise youll find something once in a while affordably priced..

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees.i am gay but i have long hair and fisicaly i look like a woman.i was using the womens fitting room.so this chubby employee with long blonde almost like gray hair knocks on the door so i answered and when she heard my voice,she said in a loud voice that those fitting rooms was for women only.when i said to her that i was a woman,she laught and said well you dont sound like it.i felt so humiliated,offended and discriminated.i ask her for her name and she said she doesnt have one.she was very rude.i like the store but i dont like her.i just hope that she would be more friendly and kind.

I was trying to donate a bed and wasnt sure if they would accept it so I called in and was informed that they would, of course when I show up with the bed to donate it I was then informed that they dont accept beds and that all of the staff knows that and wouldnt tell me that they do

Dollar Thursdays are the best. The thrill of the find.

And good place for unique items if you enjoy crafts and are looking for things to build at a reasonable price this place has a lot of unique items in the store and theyre always stalking new things

The other costumers were interesting and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Oddly enough, Ive made quite a few friends there
