Very poor customer service! I called to ask questions about glass replacement for French doors, the lady I spoke with would not answer questions because she did not know what type of doors I had. When I asked if I could email photos to get a quote she got ruder, if that’s possible and told me, “WE DONT DO WORK FOR FREE”!

Very poor customer service. Called to ask if they sell parts for sliding doors, she stated No, you would have to know the manufacture. I stated what if I have the # to the wheel? she hurried up and said the same thing need to know manufacture?. I said ok. As soon as I was going to ask for an estimate on how much to repair sliding door, she hung up on me. WOW!!! Guess Im not giving them my business...lol!!
