I have been working with Pasco Doors for two, three years now, they have worked professionally to get all my doors fixed (Buildings handicap entrance door, restroom handicap access doors and other regular doors), they have installed my handicap doors for my two buildings. James and his team comes out as promised on their confirmed schedule and does good jobs on my issued doors, I recommended their services, thanks James.

One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. James Sain is the service manager and the owner (didnt get his name) two worst customer service I have ever seen or talked to. They over charge always for their service. Before sending the technician they say something else and quote you a price and when they send you bill its always overpriced. Two times it happened and I will not let that happen again. First time they said By mistake we invoice you when its suppose to be an estimate only and second invoice is so much over priced. I wish this company closes one day. No one expects and should receive these bad of customer service for sure. Does not know how to talk to customers. Lies about the price quoted. Never getting any of my business for sure. Be sure to talk about the pricing and getting it in writing before getting any service. Otherwise, they will bill you double. I am sure they do not have any job that is why they also say we will send tecnician in two days, they are busy but they show up in one hour. That definitely proves that this company has no job and no wonder because the owner and the sales person does not have any manners. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE DOING ANY BUSINESS.........WORST COMPANY...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.....LYING ABOUT QUOTATION PRICE......OVER CHARGING
