I hired this company based on Julio and Irene’s word that Julio has worked with various Historical association, I would verify his qualifications.Based on numerous photos, it appeared he was experience in craftsmanship and color staining. My issues with this company is that they did not provide or will they, an itemized estimate for materials. As for Craftsmanship, Julio does not pay attention to detail.Julio is not reliable on showing up for work, or on time. Nor does he respect or care for your property. He failed to secure my interior with plastic prior to grinding stucco, dirty my furniture, drapes and rugs. He loan my personal equipment to a friend to work at another job site, and didn’t notified me nor paid for damages to my equipment.Workmanship; he failed to replace historical copper weather stripping, his worker removed, then insisted that I pay for new weatherstripping. Julio failed to properly secure weather stripping on my doors, and he was unable to match the stain on my new French door to match the existing door frames. The exterior molding was not sealed properly and he quit after being paid. His brother, Omar, who Julio brought to the worksite, also works for him. He too did not finish work that was paid for.
