Nice facility. Horrible, and I mean flat out lazy and HORRIBLE customer service. Our truck practically blew up on us, on the free way, and we had to limp it to the next exit. We found this facility on Google maps, it was the closest to our current location. They had lot of spare trucks, 3 just like the one we were in, and we went inside and told them of our situation, and they snubbed us off, didnt bother to look at the truck or anything. They said call road side services, we cant do anything for you until you talk t to them first. They did ask what happened and they said that sucks. Spent an hour+ trying to get in touch with road side, in that hour we found another facility down around the corner, we limped our truck over there, while waiting to hear back from road side. The facility was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. So if you need any equipment and want a honest sales person that can help, go to 903 E. Sample Rd., Pompano Beach, and ask for Solutions, because he fixes problems, coolest guy I have ever met at a Uhaul facilty.
Fast courteous service. The Service personnel where attentive to my needs as a disabled Person and answered knowledgeable and respectfully. I will use this locating for all my moving needs

I made a reservation the day prior online for a 17 foot for 9am. When i got to the location they told me the truck wasnt there and sent me 2 different locations searching for a truck. Johnny the manager at this location was extremely unprofessional and rude and started yelling when i expressed my frustration saying its not his problem. I never got the truck and my entire move was delayed. He should be fired because he has no idea how to deal with customers.

Scheduled a trailer hitch installation and a few things were off about it, ends up the guy is trying to charge me over $100 more than I was quoted. I tried to explain the quote I received was not the price he was saying and he blamed it on taxes. He was trying to charge me $550 (total). Unfortunately I did not have my original quote with me, but when I got home I found it and it was $438 total. Luckily the work hadnt been started so I cancelled. Tried calling and chatting with UHAUL and got no where. Sent them an email with proof of their poor business practices (I have the $550 invoice) and they never replied. Buyer Beware! These are franchises. I am obviously going elsewhere. Oh and they all wear fake name badges because I went to a different location nearby and the guy had the same exact name on his tag.
UHaul has the best moving boxes!!!! This location has good service. I pass two other UHauls to come here.
Terrible customer service, literally horrible I do not know how somebody can keep employees that treat the costumers with rudness, dont even say hi to you when you return back the equipment and you cant even ask details about the charge that you received that they jump and give you attitude about something that is coming out of your account. Plus they did not explain anything to me,charged my accoount when they said I would get charge after giving back the truck, when I argued the guy responsible for the truck told me just to go ahead and take it, unbelieve never ever was treated like that in ANY place,definitely not going back to this place again EVER in my files literally trash people!!!

Had to rent a trailer for moving and the hitch I had installed earlier at another U-Haul location was giving me issues. I had been told before that it would be $100+ in parts and labor to fix something that wasnt done properly the first time, but the manager here took the time to wire it the proper way and get me on the road (at a grand total of $9!).Theres already enough headaches when its time to move, but its nice to know at least I have a U-Haul rental location thats looking out for me.
I needed them to help out put boxes in for a toy drive at work, one employee helped me get them set in the car, they are very kind to lend a hand, I didnt ask so im grateful

Seriously never go here. Just finished unpacking and 3 synthesizer, 3 guitars and all of my jackets are missing. They straight robbed us blind and then treated us like so terribly when we spoke to their manager at this location and general customer service line.Prior to departure from Florida1) Our 2 U-boxes were taken back while we were up stairs getting our next load which was to be for the second box. As a result we could not put our own lock on. The U-haul representative informed Caroline that they put a lock on for us, but that they have thrown away the key. This representative also said that we will have to break the lock to get in to it.2) We still had the issue of our stuff which we couldnt pack because our U-Boxes were taken early. U-haul suggested we rent one of their vans and bring our belongings to their Sample rd. location ourself, fill the next container.3) We also did not like the fact that we were to break a lock to open our U-box upon arrival. We asked U-haul if we can avoid that. The clerk at Sample Rd asked us to buy two new locks, put one on the 2nd U-box which we came to fill. And the first one they promised to replace the lock to which the key had been ‘thrown out’. We were told to leave the lock in the mail box labeled in an envelope - which we did.U-Box Arrival in Glendale❖ When the boxes arrived the lock was not replaced on the U-Box. After many calls about this issue U-haul finally sent a technician to open the boxes. The technician opened the box with What he called a “Universal Key lock” which he said every U-Haul technician has. U-Haul Manager/Technician contact info below. The box with missing items is the box with the “Universal Key lockManager of the Sample Rd U-Box location confirmed the “Universal Key lock”. He also confirmed that once the U-Box left our home the only people with access to it were U-Haul technicians and that there would be no way for anyone else to access it.My wife and I lost a total of $6000 worth of personal belongings and paid 3000 for terrible service

Today was my second time renting truck with this company. On the first day the gasoline mark was wrong, the manager fixes it. Today the gasoline and the mileage marks were wrong, and the manager fixes just the gasoline mark, and when I came back they charged me 70 miles more that we had used, This is unbelievable how those people dont do their job the correct way, now we will have a charge dispute, cause I used the truck to pick up some material in Atlantic and Andrews and I unloading it on Sample and Dixie, now how is that possible I used 91 miles?? This is just BS....
I had an appointment came in the morning In they cancel on me on the spot. terrible customer service over inflated prices my suggestion is go somewhere else....
