I love this location. The lady that works there Lili is really nice. She also speaks Spanish.The place is clean and secure. I dont have anything bad to say. I keep coming back to them every time I need storage. Plus I like the discounts first month $1 or half off.

I would like to think Ms. Lilli for her outstanding service when we were exiting our storage unit that we held for a few years. I couldnt find my key when I came there on 8/31, but came back with what I thought was the right key... NOT. While we waited for a locksmith she offered us two chairs to sit in and wait since it was blazing saddles outside and too hot to sit in our car. We were both 71yrs old and standing was hard. Thanks to Public Storage for hiring a compassionate and kind lady such as Lilli.

Very misleading. I was told I had a promotional month and then was billed $500 the next month. When I went to pay it the day after the charge, I was told I had to pay for the entire month... the staff was incredibly unhelpful and continues to tell me to talk to person after person to resolve this with no one doing anything. Definitely DO NOT reccomend

I rented one space to suit my needs. My needs changed and I needed more space. I asked for another unit and staff was very helpful finding the appropriate to store my belongings. Moreover, staff went above and beyond the call of duty by assembling a few boxes and even delivering them to me. This is my second tour renting a unit at this same facility. Unless I move too far away, I have no reasons to rent a unit anywhere else.

SCAMMERS!! Not even worth 1 Star.. Every other Storage place Ive dealt with Always Prorates the days of the month, either moving in or moving out.. Not Here!! Theyll prorate the days of the month to Move In, but if u Move out in the middle of the month U Dont get reimbursed for the days U Already paid for but Not Using!! If u want a Honest and Great place to rent? Go SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Excellent staff (we dealt with Kris) very helpful in guiding us to the right size unit and assisting us to get the best deal. Kris personally showed us available units and answered all of our questions. Bottom line - a topnotch operation.

Patrice was awesome when I rented my storage unit yesterday. She was professional, explained all the costs thoroughly, focused on my (her customer) while we went through the rental agreement. When the phone rang and she was the only person in the office at the time, she promptly took care of the caller and got back to attending to our transaction. The property is really quite nice and ideally situated.

My recent visit to this public storage facility was commendable. The staff was pleasant, friendly and courteous. My questions were answered to my expectations. The helpful service given while trying to decide which size of unit to reserve. I was shown different sizes to assist me with my decision. The property overall was very clean and inviting. Thanks for all your help with picking my storage unit.

After reading all the positive reviews about this location, I decided to make an appointment to see the space. Low and behold, waiting in the office was the Google legend herself Patricia, the one mentioned by others in several of the reviews here. She was absolutely wonderful! We walked through the space, and she went through all the details and ultimately made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient, went over every question and addressed every concern I had.

The facility is very clean, air conditioned, secure and safe. It is annoying to have to use a code at every door, but I understand and appreciate the security it provides. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I found Lilly to be very helpful. Definitely would recommend this storage to others. I gave it four stars instead of five due to the increase in cost after six months of usage. I think the cost should remain in effect for at lease a year.

This Public Storage facility is very well run and an example of how to run a business. The staff are very courteous and low key. The place is immaculate and one feels very secure and at ease inside. The bathroom is very clean, there are always carts available, and there are two water fountains. I highly recommend this place to store your stuff.

Since the first day I walked into this site, I was quite impressed by the staff. I have been with Public Storage sine they opened this facility, and I must express that Lili and Cindy are great hosts and they know there business well, and thanks to them my experience is superb, much easier. They are really friendly, polite and always willing to help. I just meet Chrissy Ann and she is also really great. No wonder many of us like to see into their office and wave Hi or Goodbye at any given time. I even like to stop by and have a quick chat with any of them =) All I could say is that the three of them make a huge difference. Two thumbs up ladies!

This is a very convenient location which is right off I-95 & Copans. Very clean and climate controlled.

Moving is incredibly stressful, as we all know. Ive always had a good experience with Public Storage, and this location is certainly no exception--in fact, I cant recall a more pleasant experience with Public Storage than the one Ive had with this location. Paige and Kieras customer service is excellent, and they provide you with a personalized experience. Its also a great, secure location with easy access and climate-controlled units. If youre dealing with a move or just need to put stuff in storage for a while, utilizing the services of this Public Storage location would be a great decision to alleviate your stress.

Great customer service, secure, great location, & I always felt safe while there & did not worry about anything happening to my belongings:) LiLi was very helpful upon moving everything out. We experienced special circumstances & she went way above & beyond her job! I recommend Public Storage to anyone especially the one inn Pompano Beach, FL.

Very clean facility. Some of the staff is very slow, I made an appointment, no one was there! Sign said Be back in 20 minutes, but no one showed up in twenty minutes. Had to wait an hour and a half for the attended to show up. I was pressed for time, thus made an appointment, the woman attended took someone ahead of us and explained how the?. facility works about seven times. Needless to say, it made it extremely inconvenient for me and pointless to have made an appointment.I suppose the experience depends on who is attending the facility..... Sunday is definitely not the best day if you are pressed for time.

Great customer services with Lili when we started to rent two units at the Public Storage at Copans Rd, a few yards from I-95. Very friendly and helpful, but just to gain your attention and account. After that, the customer services offered by herself and a few employees working there were very poor and rude, they do not care about you or offer a better services, such as carts for transporting your values in and out of the property. It is ridiculous that ONLY 4 carts are at your disposal in a property with 930 units to rent!! When questioned the reasons for not more carts around, Lili simply replied that this is just a courtesy service!!

Im so very impressed not only for clean property but for the great disposition andkindness that Liliana had in this experience of renting a unit in this storage.Sometimes when you rent a unit because you are moving, as it is my cause, from your own house, to a smaller place, the situation is NOT happy at all, but Liliana made this transition easier, advise me in a moment that I couldnt decide on my ownand gave me the BEST OPTIONS to choose from.She made it a GREAT EXPIRIENCE and I Highly recommend the place, but mostlyThe Person that rums the place and make the transitions smoother.

I have used the facilities for over a year and a half, and all I can say is outstanding!The place is kept neat, extremely clean, not only the storage areas, but the lobby, hallways, elevators and restrooms, pricewise, they are just unbeatable.The people are well trained and very polite, Lilly and Cindy with a friendly and warm smile are always willing to go an extra step to help and accommodate our needs which makes my family and I feel safe and welcome.I have recommended before and continue doing it without any doubts or hesitation.

Do not rent from these people. There are two elevators I the complex. Both were broken. Management offers no compensation for loss of access to unit. How am I supposed to move items from 3rd floor without an elevator. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places local that are cheaper.

Ive had 2 spaces in this location for almost 2 years. Its been very pleasant to come here, hallways and bathroom always clean. The customer service is great, Lili is awesome!!!! She calls when the lock is not properly close and reminds you when your payment due is coming. Shes great and keep good eye on the property. Highly recommend this location!!
