This is a great Company, I hope everyone to come here for their needs because today I come, and they give me a good disaccount.

Bait and switch. I rented a 5×5 unit they offered a good deal.I received a post card 3 months later almost double of the original price. I called, the lady on the phone cant even explain why the price change so quickly. She offered me a discount of 20 dollars off.She told me she would need an approval to get me a discount and that I had to wait for about a week if they would agree with the discount.I am totally disgusted!

They were very professional and thorough. The facility is clean and the parking area is newly paved. Zack and his Manager are really nice and helpful.

I wish they gave me a card.. I don’t like needed to insert 7 numbers everytime I needed to get on the elevator .. I also don’t like the price to my storage will probably change every 4-6 months.. overall it’s better than u-haul across the street that don’t have no elevators.. I hope I stay, but if the price go to high I will leave...

Well, packed up my truck, drove to extra storage, unloaded onto two dolly’s, got CB in elevator…..it doesn’t work. Great. Was temporarily stuck in elevator and pressed the emergency button but it was broken. Elevator broken! How am I supposed to get upstairs. They didn’t tell me that when they rented to me. Guess the stuff goes back in my garage until I find another unit. Uggh!

Plus, they gave me a free month when I first started. Ive been using my storage unit for over 4 years, and temporarily I needed 2 units while renovating my condo. You will not be disappointed if you use their space.

Had a leak on the ceiling in front of my office. I alerted management the same day, and they did nothing for 3 days. On the 3rd day, the ceiling tile fell, making a mess and soaking the carpet in front of my office. Manager showed up on third day at 11am, saying that they would take care of it. 3 hours later the mess shown on the pictures is still there. Called the manager again, only to be told that he is assisting new customers.Not to mention that no one takes care of the building, even during a global pandemic. The bathrooms are always dirty, and are never restocked with toilet paper or soap. Even if you call their office, it takes them hours, if not days to clean and restock.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND DO NOT RENT HERE! IT WILL ONLY BE A HEADACHE! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

Rising up prices, zero maitnance, zero responsibility. Elevators not working for 3 weeks now, 90F in climate contriolled units, air conditioning not working either. The ceiling lights inside the hallway burned. The only front entrance keypad is broken for few months now. And they dont fix it. What kind of management runs this establishment? They need to be taught good responsibility lesson.

Great place to keep your things. Safe, secure, clean, and the office team is fantastic. Rates are reasonable and we would highly recommend this facility.

I never write a review, but in this case, i must to say to you are thinking to rent a unit using this company, STAY AWARE!FIRST, ALL THAT POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE “FORCED” TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SIGNING THE PAPERS TO LEASE THE UNIT! The manager ( a guy from Haiti) keeps watching (staring) you until you complete the “5 stars positive amazing review “Second, the unit sizes is completely fake, I did an upgrade from 5x5 to 10x10, and when I was trying to park my small trailer wich has 9.5 ft long, I found out the unit has 9.2 ft long, not 10. This is unacceptable, it’s 10 inches difference, if was only 2-3 inches it’s ok, but 10 is too much ! Unbelievable.The other point, when I just changed my unit from Sample road to Margarte, the charge me 16 bucks for transfer fee, then I paid there ( Margate) admin fee 25 bucks, so it’s fee over fee!! What heck pay admin fee if I’m still using the company? I’m not coming from Public Storage and I’m not a new customer. So pay attention about all this review I just did. An advice:Keep off from this guys and save your money!

Great experience renting our storage unit today. Sinel was friendly and very helpful. The facility is tidy and clean; there are handcarts available, conveniently located at building entrances. And further, there are several exits leaving the parking lot (unlike our previous storage place). Off to a brilliant start!

The front desk staff is amazing!! Nicole was incredibly helpful in showing me all of the storage options, and took her time to break down all of the numbers for me to know exactly what I was going to be paying up front and monthly. Getting a storage here is very quick and easy. I would recommend anyone thats in a rush or last minute moving and needs somewhere reliable and safe to store your items use this storage space. The building is clean and might not seem spacious from the outside but actually is in the inside. Nicole and Sinel were a great help showing me where my unit was and how to open and lock the door.

There are many options when it comes to self storage, but Extra Space Storage truly stands out. I have rented units in multiple cities, and my current on in Pompano Beach continues the tradition. phenomenal customer service, excellent throughout!!

A new company bought out the ownership of this facility, Jan who sincerly cared about the place and the people who stored their stuff is long gone. There has been a two unit fire near my unit, I have had quite a bit of water damage to my goods, shortly after I now see plenty of rodent droppings even on top of shelves. While I am storing tools and machinery and never anything edible, I really worry for those in this building that have clothing or other items.There is also a homeless problem in the area and often find my unit door was urinated on.If you can stomach the rat poop you got a place to store your items.

I’ve been with extra space for 4 months and I would highly recommend working with them if your looking for office space the staff is very friendly and helpful! This is a safe environment to work.

My experience with the store manager Sinel was a great process. He was very helpful and transparent. Sinel helped me find the office space that was suitable for me. Office space is very clean and well kept. If you are looking for a office space Sinel is the person to contact. You won’t be disappointed. He’s the best!

I went in Extra Space Storage to view a space, I was in the process of possibly transitioning from my storage unit at Public Storage. I spoke to Sinel, he was extremely knowledgeable about the unit spaces, and prices. I was particularly impressed with his ability to explain to me the amount of household items he felt I could keep in the storage unit. Extra Space is definitely cleaner than Public Storage and ths units are massive. I will definitely be moving forward with a unit. The staff all receive an A plus!!!
