I have moved at least 8 times in my life and these guys are by far the best. On time, professional, and so easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

Came to pickup a car and they gave it to someone else . No phone call no cancellation nothing . I spoke to them fifteen minutes before pickup and they said the car was ready to go I get there and no car was there .

Do not use!! They were contracted to move a single item for me from New York to Florida. I paid in advance. I was told they would call to schedule a time for delivery that would be convenient. Instead I just get a voice mail announcing a delivery window in the middle of the day. I have to rearrange my entire day to wait for them. They do not show. No call. Nothing.It took me 15 attempts to reach John on the phone. He tells me they cancelled the delivery without telling me. Can’t tell me when they will get around to delivering my item. Promises to call with a delivery date but never does. It has been more than a week. I have called numerous more times. Just get voice mail. Finally reach John again this week. He still can’t tell me when they will get around to my delivery. Won’t be this week. Maybe next week. Maybe not.At this point I assume my item has been lost or stolen.

Nice people, they take great care of your items

This was my first time using Plycon and it wont be my last. I hired them to move a very expensive Knoll dining table halfway across the country. I was able to monitor their progress via their tracking system and they delivered it the exact day and time as specified.When they arrived, I was very surprised to see how well it was packed for transport. The two movers carefully brought it up to my condo and even took their shoes off (without being asked) when they saw me remove mine: That was very considerate!I am sorry that others have had bad experiences (one has to expect the unexpected in the transportation/shipping industry) but mine was a good one, and not only will I use them again but strongly recommend their services to others.Thanks!

Extremely poor service!!Cancelled the afternoon prior to the morning of scheduled delivery.... already took off work to accommodate.Rescheduled for Tuesday the following week. Called Monday to confirm they would be there and then never showed up.... Only to call us 15 minutes after their deadline to show up and told us they were already past our location and couldnt make it back for a week.They received 1 star because I couldnt give them ZERO.Management was clueless and unresponsive. Do not order anything from any company that uses this service. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!Horrible.............
