Went to ATT store to exchange phone was treated very good. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was my phone was slow about transferring and I was getting hungry. But they got us on our way. It was a good experience and thank you to the employees.

Bought a new s21. Started having issues with it restarting hours after I got it. Was told that I couldn’t return it. Contacted Samsung support and was told I could return it within 7 days. I work 24 hour shifts but still was able to contact the store about it. Was told again I couldn’t return it. Now it has the blue screen of death and Samsung said it would take 2 weeks to get a working phone. $900 for a paperweight because I was either lied two twice, or the employees didn’t understand the return policy.*update*Donny, the manager, stated they would replace the phone. My in store experience is great if paying a bill or spending A LOT of money. But I have never had issues with service or phone fixed. They always say I need a new device without even testing the device like they ise to.

Dont come if you have issues with your phone. This place is only a sales store and will tell you to call customer service for probably about anything you think youd go into an AT&T store to get help with. Of course other than paying your bill there 🙄. Just want to say the worst decision AT&T ever made was merging with Direct TV. Unfortunately the area i live in, AT&T is the only carrier that works. Ive been a customer for over 12 years and it has only went down hill since i got my first Razor with them. Good job at selling out and making profits more important than people! You are the problem in America, go unf@#* yourselves and find a new business model. The current one is gonna have everyone leaving in droves. As far as this particular store, just a sales place, go to Walmart and youll get the same service, probably cheaper.UPDATE 11/10/20No, owner, my needs were not met, hence the reason Im ranting on here. But you see EVERYONE, they dont care about our problems, just their MONEY. She says it in the comment below. Were the best, biggest, blah, blah. No empathy from this owner, so what do you think the Companys Values are?Ill tell you, i had the VP of Marketing tell me to stop complaining about my service a couple years ago because they paid me a $200 girt card when i signed up. Useless retail store. My wife came in to get added to my account and they couldn’t help. I was able to get her added on the phone with customer service rep who was teleworking at home on his laptop. Why even have employees at a retail store anymore if they can’t even assist with adding a phone line.

Jordan, who was brand new to the store did such a great job helping us. He couldn’t transfer my 94 year old Grandmother’s flip phone contacts to a new smart phone because...well, old tech. But Jordan never gave up and found ways to help and support our needs. He made it eventually happen! As an AT&T customer (whole family is) and a father who retired from your company...Jordan did us (and you) proud!

Trash service- phone still isn’t properly set up. If you’re buying an Apple product, just deal direct- they’re so lazy you’ll end up setting it up yourself anyway. I’ll never be back, so don’t bother with your generic response. You should all be fired.

HORRIBLE STORE WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE. Would not return my phone even though my situation met the requirements for a return. Called apple and AT&T 1-800 number - both said the store was wrong. On top of that, EXTREMELY rude and unwilling to help at all. Will never go again. Worth the hour drive to Stillwater or Enid for better service!

Cellular retailer located in a busy shopping plaza. Customers are greater by a customer service rep upon entering the store at the front. This is a great feature and the customer isnt left standing wondering where to go. The store is nice and clean, very bright and pleasant. Customer service reps are polite and helpful. My visit was typical, but the gentleman who helped me was incredible. He not only solved the issue I was having, but went out of his way to insure I left a happy customer. Customer service reps can make or break an experience. This rep made mine a great experience!

The clerk had a bad attitude from the minute we got there! Her name was jasmine! She was short with answers and acted like she didnt want to wait on us! She was hateful and then overcharged us! We almost walked out twice !When you spend $$$$ on a phone you think they would treat you good! I made a trip to Stillwater Att today to help me with some other questions and he was so polite and he took care of everything I needed! I will never go back to the Ponca store again I will drive a hr from now on!

Me and my mom used to have someone else on our plan, and they told us the “category” was an iPad, but they could change it so i could get a new phone on our plan. we’ve never owned an iPad, but we just cared about being able to get the process over with. INSTEAD, the employee, Sadonna? helping us started to argue with us, then told us to go wait in our car for somebody else. when we asked for the managers name, she almost didn’t tell us, kept giving us dirty looks, then began arguing with us AGAIN because my mom mispronounced her name! RIDICULOUS! I left the store crying.they obviously just hire ANYONE.

Very helpful. I stopped in the store again today for a separate issue of not being able to get my cookies to turn on on my phone. The ladies were very helpful and tried several ways to make my phone work. Though unsuccessful I still think they are very helpful. Very friendly. And always happy to help.

Every time I go in there I have to wait a good 20 minutes or more just to pay a bill. I don’t get greeted when I come in or anything. I myself work in the public and we take payments where I work as well. When I am the only one in the store I multi-task with my customer who completely understand. If I am working with a customer who is about to buy something but have a customer waiting to make a payment I break away and tend to that customer so the can go about their business. Most people completely understand. There is no reason for a customer making a payment waiting 30 minutes or more just to do that. If they can’t do that then maybe they should be doing something else. It makes me want to drop my AT&T service completely. I hate even having to go and pay the bill cause I have to wait so long just to do that.

Just left, really irritated, went in to find out why my bill had jumped 100.00 and the girl/woman dont recall her name and probably wouldnt post it anyways because I dont want to get anyone fired. She started out really nice, within seconds that changed, became really hateful. I pray god blesses her in a way that will change her attitude towards people from here on out.

I waited for over 30 minutes to purchase a simple charge cable. The elderly lady before me waited longer. When she finally mustered the nerve to ask for help, and said she had been waiting for over 30 minutes, two of the young girls there snapped back at her. One left and went on a smoke break while both of us waited. How do I know, she was getting her smoke out on the way out the back, and came back in wreaking of cigarette smoke. The girl who had taken the smoke break told the little old lady that it is not their fault that they are short staffed and that she is here now, how can she help. The little lady just needed a simple phone case and the girl exclaimed is that all and shook her head, rudely. When it was my turn, I told the same girl that it appeared that she was a little stressed and more than a little rude to the old lady. She told me to mind my own business. I wish I could find the owner. The other employees thought this all was funny.

The sales lady that was waiting on me was coughing a lot without covering her mouth and sneezing. I have a grand baby on the way and do in the next few weeks, it worried me that she could give me what she has and I certainly wouldnt want to pass it on to the baby. She should either cover her mouth or not be at work until she is well.

Last week made an appointment for installing Internet, made the appointment this Tuesday and waited all day for them and still nothing, so called they said I never made an appointment. Schedule another one for today and still hasn’t showed up. Worst company ever.Lol another week an still not. Worst f....... company ever. They suck so bad. Been waiting for weeks for them to go install internet and still can’t show up after weeks. Such bull. Like no joke. How hard is it to do your job! Lets start with att in general. I had a very high bill that I knew wasnt correct. I called att billing and got put in touch with someone who barely knew English. Told her the situation, went over the bill with her and she said its my bill I need to pay it, started laughing at me when I asked for a supervisor and hung up.Now at the att store in Ponca City. Brittney was the person helping me. I told her exactly the same thing about my bill she pulled up my account and said she was going over it. Then said she cant see the details on the charges. Then told me Im being charged for 2 months that I didnt have the service (I thought she couldnt see any details?). I asked her why and thats when you can tell she got really frustrated and she started getting louder saying I just need to call att. I asked her if theres anything on her end she could do about fixing my bill (its was $124 higher than normal) she then got upset so I grabbed my license and walked out. Never again will I ever go back to that store.Absolutely useless people in a useless store. I had to drive 40 miles to a corporate store which fixed my account in less than 20 minutes.

Terrible customer service. All they do is sell products they then cannot service. If you have a problem you have to go to a website thats not helpful, but they cant help you, or call a number where they tell you to go to the store, and then the store says, oh, you have to go to a corporate store thats 45min away. Also if you buy anything outright in cash, its like its still not yours because its nearly impossible to get them to unlock it so you can switch to another company. Would have given 0 stars but it wouldnt let me.
