Right off of North 14th. Nice clean little store with several employees working at a time. They have plenty of nice, courteous, helpful employees to help you with whatever it is you need done. They seem to be quite knowledgeable about any phone business you might have, from purchasing a phone and accessories, to getting your phone up and going, or to helping you out when you come back in the store with any need at at. They went above and beyond to help me. I recommend this store.

They have been so kind and tried everything they could to improve my service but nothing has totally fixed it. It is better.

There is alwaysonly one person working. Its rediculous helping 3-4 people at one time. To have to go in and wait over an hour then have to wait longer when your being helped bc they are talking to other people is awful.

I like how I have 4 phones with unlimited talk, text, and data for a $100 even. Dont have all these hidden fees and the insurance if you want is cheap, no contracts, its just plain easy to do business with. The quality of my service is just as good if not better as any other providers and I had them all. I would definitely recommend switching to cricket and start saving money. The only thing I wish they had was payment plans on phones. This way you can still get the newest models and dont have to pay all at once which is very expensive.

My husband needed a new phone and mine was low on space. We received so much patient help from Mariangely. She did not push expensive phones, just showed us the variety they had with those features and let us decide. Then she did all necessary to transfer to the phone. And she helped me to free uo a lot of space on my old phone. We are 3 year customers and have no plan to ever change!

The only reason I rated this not a 5 wasnt the fault of the individual service here. If my phone would have been gone bonkers a few days before it would have been replaced right then. But the company warranty changed a few days before. Since I have to have my phone for my employment I had to buy a new phone. Sort of inconvenienced me. But overall experience was very well

I hate having to go into the Ponce City Oklahoma office, the people that are working there are extremely rude to me, I have seen a lot of people walk out or be told to leave. This is inexcusable. Im going to start going to another office.
