Lacking employees and customer service skills. I came in and was not greeted for some time. Eventually the 1 employee working was able to help. It also took a long time just to upgrade.
The staff at the local store are always courteous, patient and helpful. Upstream it is customer service at its worst. It took 50 minutes for my rep to get his contact on the line. I just needed a password reset. Everyone else does this on line in a few minutes. Im now a T-mobile customer which says it all.
This store has helpful employees and an awesome store manager. They gave us a great deal when we left at&t.
The young lady that was in the store was so nice, polite, friendly and very helpful.
Customer service is very friendly, laughing and talking about life with customer while other customers waiting, trying patiently. Its been 30 minutes she has been with customer or more. Dont come to this location unless you have all day to spare
The costumer service was great! I was extremely aggravated with the wait time bc of the lack of staff though. This store needs to seriously get people in there to help that girl out bc she’s doing great but there was people waiting in there for over 2 hours bc of the line to see her.
We had an amazing time with Verizon! The lady who helped us made us laugh the whole time! We left expecting only to get one phone but instead we got two! Thank you so much Verizon and thank you to the wonderful lady Martika!
Horrible service. Was not greeted upon entering the store. Sat for 45 minutes before even being asked what I was in for. After an hour and a half of sitting in the store I was finally able to pick up the package which I had called earlier in the day to confirm was ready as well as inform them of my arrival time. Even with calling ahead, I still sat in the store for and hour and a half to pick up a package, something that should have taken 10 minutes or less.
The person who helped me was very patient with me.
Got a tablet. The clerk Makinzie was very friendly and helpful. All in all good experience.

Verison representative was knowledgeable and used excellent communication skills. As new Version customers those skills assisted us in making our decisions with confidence.Only suggestion to corporate Version, I would hope that the company use there vast platform to encourage American patriotism. Falls severely short. I went in there last week to swap a SIM card at 4:15 p.m. The store hours are until 8 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. The guy gave me a card and said I cant really do anything because I have to close early. He then went on to explain that he drives 3 hours to work thats why he had to close early. I proceeded to spend another 45 minutes in my car on the phone with custom service just to get everything taken care of.
Store was busy but manager was able to get done what I couldnt do using Verizon online and text service 1.5 hours before going to the store). Cant say enough good about the manager!

Went in today to get my husband a new phone. Christopher helped us out and was awesome. He made sure all of the contacts, pictures, etc. got transferred to the new phone and put the case on for us. Several other people came into the store while we were there, and he made sure they were taken care of, while finishing up our transaction. We had gone to 2 other verizon retailers the day previous and our presence in those stores wasnt even acknowledged by the staff, so the immediate greeting and prompt service was awesome.
She and team are just so amazing, we love our girls, they are great .

I am giving one star because this business has gone downhill! I went in there to get a wireless charging pad and asked where Chris was (because he’s who I always worked with since starting service with Verizon in November). The young lady that was helping me was either Kelsey or Kinzie or something and she was pretty nice and started to answer (I’m sure something way more professional than what the other girl spouted off). She yelled out with more than just me as a customer in there, “HE WAS FIRED FOR TIME CLOCK FRAUD!” Miss K. was obviously upset by this because her face turned red and her eyes were about to pop out of their sockets. She apologized quietly as if she were scared of what would happen if she were heard. I really hope that heifer is not the new manager because y’all might as well close the doors! Ridiculous! If someone were to be terminated for something like that I don’t think the entire town should know about it. Get her out of there! Geez Louise.

Service stinks!!!! I was at the store twice on Tues. of this week, again three times on Thurs. and twice today (Fri.) The door is always locked with a note that they are either closed for training or gone to the bank. On Thurs. they said they would be back at 10:45. I waited until about 11:45 and they did not return. I am ready to take my business elsewhere.
This is indirect store wich is limit in some of the stuff they know or can do but som staff are nice some other needs to ask for everithing

The most dissatisfying experience I have ever had with any phone service company ever. Will be dropping my Verizon service within the next week and seeking service from another company.
Goy the prepaid and asked about cost. Forgot to tell me about the $40 syore fee. Bad location or visablity to find and after you find it youll find the staff out front smoking. Prepaid is twice as much as straight talk.
CALLED THE STORE AND GOT NO ANSWER-- JUST A RECORDED OPERATOR ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THE MAILBOX OF VERIZON WAS FULL. I THOUGHT THIS STORE WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. LOOKS LIKE NO ONE IS AT HOME!
