Casey the manager was very knowledgable aa well as very friendly. A true professional. Id rather have root canal than deal with cell phone companies. Casey made the experience painless and stress free.

Phillip helped my dad get a new account recently, and did a great job. Made sure the phone was ready to use before we ever walked out the door. Did 100x better than anybody at AT&T ever did with us!!! Great service!!!

Starting service, and even to adding lines and diagnosing issues with my device are always hassle free because these employees actually know what they are doing! Today I went there to add a line and in minutes I had a new line added! T-Mobile definitely has my business!!!!

Terrible customer service. Employee signed customers up for things they didn’t want in order to get extra commission. But T-Mobile wouldn’t do anything to help fix the issue. So stuck paying for stuff we never wanted in the first place or required to pay cancellation fee. This is a terrible way to run a company. I would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone. Find a company that will treat you with respect.

Carlos was very patient with me over the phone. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered them all very well. Would recommend every time.

Worst store, to get a phone service with. Employees dont know the proper procedure to do things. Had to even call there district manager and still got no where. Expect sorry my employers dont know what there doing.

Staff was very friendly, but they had nothing in stock. Very frustrating for both myself and the staff when every phone im interested in or ask about is out of stock.

Rude and unreliable worst store for customer service. Dont know how to solve issues.Had to drive 80 mile trip to Stillwater Oklahoma issues were solved in less than 15 minutes.
