Do yourself a favor and just drive to the corporate store in Savannah. The workers in the store do not care about customer service, not to mention they all seem high. They need to focus on training their employees because none of them know how to do their job! 10 out of 10 would not recommend
If I could give this store a ZERO, I would. The store manager “Mia” was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with in my life.Smart mouth and a complete attitude. ATT corporate office should truly look at this person as “Manager” as she is far from even being an employee.ZERO, ZERO, ZERO -I would not recommend this store for any services at all. “Mia” should not be in the customer service business.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly and professional. If someone is unsure about resolving my problem, they take the time to find the answer. I prefer them over dialing 611 from my phone any day! Nia was my service provider today and she exceeded my expectations! Thank you all for making customers your priority.
The AT&T store in Pooler, GA was amazing! I gravely injured my phone at the beach. Jaimeson (like the whiskey, he said) immediately answered our questions, gave us our options, updated our very old plan, helped me pick a new phone suited to my wants and needs, and got me outfitted with appropriate accessories. He then helped transfer my data, all while helping two other customers and answering the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour with every thing in ship shape condition. Thank you!

We went to the Pooler, GA location. It has been the best costumer service my wife and I hace ever had in AT&T and we have been to a lot of them. Our costumer service lady Ali was simply the best. Knowledgeable, polite and gave us lots of options.
I decided to make a switch from Verizon to AT&T: the entire process was seamless, I wish I would have done it sooner.The store employees were extremely professional and efficient in getting me set up with a new contract and phone. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided me the highest quality service.I drove to this store because my local AT&T store did not know the program that I was interested in signing up under AND I waited to get this information for nearly 20 minutes. My recommendation: make the drive tot his store, it is worth your time and patience! An extremely knowledgeable crew that set me up in a short amount of time with exactly what I needed.
I’ve visited the store after working 13 hours on my feet. Jamison was very professional and amazing to work with. Set me up with a new phone updated my iPad and actually save me money on my bill. Visiting here from Virginia Beach. Wish this guy worked in my area.
Stay away! The young lady there decided not to disclose the 100 dollar internet installation fee. I called the 1800 number and they said there is no installation fee and that I should have had a choice at the store to choose self installation or have a tech come out. I was never given this choice. Be sure to know exactly what they are getting you into; they clearly do not know what they are doing at this store.

Beyond deplorable service by the store manager Jamison W, Naya, and Tyler/Marissa, and/or Kenesha (as she told me 3 different names each time I called to report my aforementioned issue). The store manager (Jamison W) ensured that I would have both cable and internet installed today no later than 5 P.M. After calling this location (155 Traders Way, Suite 100 Pooler, GA 31322) at 2:56 P.M. I was told Jamison was not present. After 3 hours had lapsed since the agreed upon appointment time, I again called to check the status of my installation and I was told by Tyler/Kenesha/Marissa that Jamison W (store manager) had went home and that missing my appointment due to the store manager’s absence was “not their problem.” Shame on AT&T Management for entrusting a store to such unprofessional and indecent people.Individuals such as the aforementioned employees have no business working in customer service and no amount of money would rectify the indecency my family and I were forced to endure. Rude, unprofessional, and the absolute antithesis of customer service are the only phrases that describe the kind of employees and services offered at this location. I will never return and will be exploring my options to terminate service with AT&T. As soon as possible, due to their lack of customer service.
Politely explained my situation that I bought a screen protector less than 14 days ago and wanted to exchange it since the product wasn’t sticking properly. Would not honor return or exchange despite explaining my situation and not having anywhere to ship a replacement protector. Manager rudely chimes in from back of store to deny my request. Seemed upset for no reason.

Instead of using any customer service skill to make an upset customer, of almost 15 years, feel appreciated. I was told they were out of stock and to go another store.. Not sure thats good for sales but whatever.. it definitely gets a person who hardly ever writes reviews to go online and write one.. wont be using this AT&T store again.. its a shame, I love Pooler!
Phenomenal service. Taylor, who assisted my husband and I, was extremely helpful and gave us the information straightforward. Very kind and funny to, as we were there for a while. The other two workers, DJ and KC, had no other customers, so instead of sitting around doing nothing, they helped get our phones together and pick out accessories. We didn’t even have to get out of our seats and they put cartoons on for our 5 year old son so he wasn’t bored. Very kind and helpful staff. Wish we lived in Georgia just so we could always go to this location!
Store is ok company not at all. They did not refund my money that they charged for a service that they never provided
I stopped in to change my TV from Directv, but they said that we already had it. I will be going back tomorrow to sort things out.

Outstanding, Is the first word that comes to mind when I think about my experience at this store. K.C I believe was her name and she was amazing. From beginning to end she listened to my needs and made sure I got exactly what I needed that fit my lifestyle. I really enjoyed working with her and I loved the team atmosphere. I haven’t had many great experiences with AT&T personally, so i wasn’t expecting much when coming into the store. To my satisfaction Rachel and the other coworkers made this encounter with AT&T very pleasant. Defiantly will be back to this store for all future business.
Stopped in and was unable to figure out exactly what I wanted. Talked to a very respectful, polite and knowledgeable lady named KC and her trainee. If the rest of the store displays this level of professionalism, then I can see them going places. ATT you better hold on to this KC, she is a keeper.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. 3 employees were working and no customers inside when I arrived. They greeted and one lady started to help me but wasn’t of much help. She asked if I knew what I wanted and I told her so we stood at her computer as it was logging, it was probably 5-10 minutes. Once in she asked for me number and I told her my phone was on a corporate account and gave her the number. She also asked for my ID and then said that I was not an authorized user. I gave her the 6 digit pin provided to me by my colleague who manages the account. She stated she still could not find anything and said I would have to be added as an authorized user. The interaction was very short with little discussion or explanation and was overall not helpful. I went to another store and was able to process my transaction just fine.A little more conversation and eagerness to help would have went a long way.
IVe done all my business in this location for the last few years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. The employees are knowledgeable and honest. Sometimes customers get upset when they cant get there way & definitely take it out on the reviews. Give them a fair chance I can assure you the service will always be impeccable

KC and the Manager were great! This is a much bigger store than I was used to. I love all the tech they had out for people to play with. I was able to get 2 new s7s and just turned in my old phone. I literally was going to Longhorn and walked right over. Love this place!!!!!!! Super friendly.

Need more knowledgeable workers and more help when the store opens during the week. There can be long wait periods . You sometimes have to leave and return later hoping to be seen as you arrive. But I will give them credit customers are acknowledged when you get in the store. They need more staff when store opens or rethink of their shift times. Seems to be busier in the morning but not enough help staff when customers come in for assistance and everyone is busy and no free help. To handle wifi needs,etc.

Today was the third time we have purchased equipment at this store and every visit has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. Rons help today was excellent and insightful and very helpful. All the staff weve dealt with have been outstanding. AT&T should be very proud of the employees at this store.

I am VERY disappointed in this store. Terrible customer service and a very awkward experience. Note to customers: this is a franchise location so they are an authorized dealer only. AT&T does not manage this store which affects the way it is run and handles issues. I went in to buy a new phone 6 weeks ago. They offered 2 for 1 phone screen protectors. I bought one for my new iPhone. They placed the screen protector on it. The phone malfunctioned before I left the store and they did not have a replacement screen protector of equal value. They then proceeded to argue with me about how they are both screen protectors and work the same. After showing them reviews they still did not offer to order me a protector from the original brand. The manager promised that I could come back and get the better protector if I did not like the new one. The awful screen protector broke within 6 weeks. I went back and they cannot do anything for me. The manager is no longer there and they will not help me with my problem. AT&T as a corporation cannot do anything because it is a franchised store. The customer service rep from AT&T itself was very kind and helpful but has no pull with the store or accessories. Make sure you leave the store with EXACTLY what you want, because having a happy customer is clearly not important to this location.

They tell u one thing make u believe them which it sounds good but watch your self.ask about coverage where u live.we ask and check before and before we signed up.they said yes theres coverage in your area,well after we signed up we had many problems to where we lived which we couldnt get a signal they kept telling us to do this and that which we did and still NO luck so we went back and they check the area again and said nope no coverage in your area then they said will its pass the 15 day cant do nothing,they LIED TO US,yes we got it taken care of after 4 mos it took a TV Station to help and Corp headquarters at ATT.try T-mobile we love them No problems great CS.

So sorry to have interfered with your boring day by making you get up off your chair.
Each time I have gone to this store, I was always told they couldnt do what I needed and referred me to the corporate store in Savannah.I had issues with activating my internet (the previous owner of my home still had his AT&T account tied to the home, preventing me from getting my own internet) and after explaining, they could offer no help.AT&T sent me two U-Verse Router/Modem equipment boxes after I resolved the first issue (I had to call the San Diego department to get in contact with someone who had enough expertise to handle my problem), and I wanted to be reimbursed for the shipping charge I got through USPS ($16.57). I shouldnt be charged for sending back equipment that should have never been sent to me in the first place. I brought the receipt I got from the post office so I could get reimbursed or have the balance applied to my account, and they could offer no help.Ill just drive the extra 30 minutes into Savannah for any future issues.

I love at&t I have all my services through them, my cell phone, internet & cable, and the prices for the internet and cable aren’t bad at all, the cell phone on the other hand could have better prices but I went ahead and got the phone because I receive a military discount plus I get a discount for having the payments automatically deducted from my account, that’s about another 5 bucks off .
