I’ve gone to this t-mobile 3 times so far the 2 visits i had We’re great the two people who helped me were fantastic, but today i went In to get my boyfriend a Apple Watch and a guy named Carlos helped us, he has a very bad attitude, he is definitely not a people person. He needs to work on that, he made us end up changing our mind and we are going somewhere else to get the Apple Watch. I’ll still come back but I’ll wait for somebody else to help me if i have To go to Carlos.

Everyone at this location is great, but Nikki gets my vote for outstanding customer service. She is a friendly knowledgeable professional that will go above and beyond for her customers. Employees like this are rare. Every interaction with her was pleasant and professional. Thank you Nikki, these 5 stars are for you. YOUR AWESOME!!!!

So helpful and professional. I broke my phone and needed a replacement badly. The rep gave me all the promotion deals and we selected the best option for me and my budget.

Im disappointed that after an associate removed my screen protector. She gives me this universal liquid glass. Which is not a screen protector. Its towelettes. I went back to ask for a screen protector and was told they have none in stock. And it was of my convenience to buy one somewhere else. And that she didnt even charge me for the liquid glass which costs $20. Well, you cant charge me after you removed my screen protector. I didnt ask you to remove it. Thanks! Now I have to spend out of my own pocket when it wasnt my fault.

Been a T-mobile Customer for over 4 yrs now and the service i received today was outstanding. I was coming to get a replacement phone for my son and Amir was courteous, friendly, funny and quick to answer any and all questions i had. He helped me choose the right phone for our needs and set it up, screen protector, case and all before i left the store. Very knowledgeable, super friendly as well as the store manager (i forgot his name sorry). This has been my go to store this year for anything i need and this is the reason i come back. Awesome Team!!

We just touched down in the states after living abroad for almost 4 years. I orginally came in for service for myself and Ken was SO great that my husband (a former sprint customer) left as a new T-Mobile customer! The entire staff was AMAZING and Ken was phenomenal! Ken was very knowledgeable on all products and plans. We are saving so much because of him! I would definitely recommend this store to any and EVERYONE!

Staff is nice, and there is a variety of phones n gadgets to choose from.

My visit here was awesome!!! I came to get phones for my kids and Shraddha helped me. she went above and beyond to make sure I can get 3 new phones for my kids. This store needs better management. Everytime I go to this spot, the staff never gives me the greeting of the day. I guess this is what happens when you have nothing but young people working there. Also, Ive been told 3 times now to go to another location because they do not have a particular item. When asked if they know if and when they may recieve anything, they have no answer. Makes no sense. My advise to the staff is, if you do not like working there, quit. Tons of people looking for work and Im sure you can be replaced quickly. I will take their suggestion and take my business to another lactation.

My daughter has an IPhone 8 that started making a weird sound. Dealing with Apple and Assurant is a frustrating process. Devon and Nakita went out of their way to help us and made the process more tolerable. The staff in this store is professional, courteous, respectful and treats customers with care and kindness. This will be the only TMobile store I visit.
