We were desperately searching for a queen sized bed frame to set up for my elderly mother coming home from the hospital. I called right at opening time on Saturday and not only did he have one, he insisted on taking it to the car for us! Superior customer service and I am a thankful customer!

I had spent all day searching for a great mattress and found this place. Ryan Arceneaux helped me and had such lovely customer service. He got right to the point, listened carefully to what I needed and was just overall a wonderful sales person there! Now I have a very comfortable bed for my new apartment and will definitely come back and suggest this place if anyone I know needs a new bed!

Josh was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot. Knew a lot about the products and helped pick the perfect bed for us. We just recently had an issue and 4 months later, he still treats us like were brand new customers and is as nice as can be. Very impressed! Highly recommend!

What a great place! My family and I went there to find a mattress and was very impressed by having our questions answered without issues and was treated very well! We ended up getting a bed and we were not happy with the frame we got so we made a call to exchange for another and without a single issue they delivered a new one and picked up the other one within a matter of days! Thank you for such a great experience most places nowadays are just awful but yall are A great family owned business!

Good prices and quality product. Josh is awesome at customer service (he helped answer our questions both in person and on the phone). The only reason we knocked off a star is that the other sales guys service was OK and we needed a low profile mattress for our kids bed and the thinnest available is an 11 inch. We will be taking them up on that option to exchange our 13 inch purchase for that though. :)

Sit & Sleep Pooler is a great new mattress store located in the shopping center on Pooler Parkway. They carry several high quality mattresses, which makes it difficult to choose. Gary, the owner was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured I was purchasing the best mattress to meet my needs. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend you visit this store!

Wonderful store!! Wonderful staff and an excellent selection!! My wife and I were given all the time we needed to select the mattress of our choice and not the salesmans choice. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of all the products that they carry! He also stayed late to accommodate us and another couple that came in. We ordered our mattress late Tuesday evening and it was delivered early the following day!! Id say thats some excellent service right there! We should all try to support our locally owned stores.

I had family coming down to our beach house in Hilton Head over the holidays. Originally had placed an order with Mattress Firm but after 2 weeks of excuses and out right lies I went to Sit & Sleep and asked for their help. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, and by Monday at noon I had 3 mattresses setup in all the rooms of our house. The delivery guys were clean cut, courteous, and even moved the furniture that I wasnt able to move. The service, price and professionalism was a rare experience now a days, and Sit & Sleep has a customer for life

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service here. My mother in law and I came in here today to look at mattresses before my PCS move and not only did the sales rep Josh take his time to show us around and help us, he also educated on the differences in each mattress and the quality of them all. He was so patient with helping us get approved to buy . I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a quality matress at great prices.

I had last minute out of town guests & needed a new mattress set for my guest room asap. After going to another national retailer & being fully disappointed with their service I tried the Sit and Sleep in Pooler. Josh was very friendly and helpful! I was able to find exactly what I needed & it was delivered the next morning. I will definitely be shopping here again for my future home and furniture needs! The guy that helped me was helpful. Their product of mattresses are nice and has good warranty. The prices of the mattresses are decent and affordable.... they even have layaway!

My husband and I were looking for a new bed. Wed gone to Mattress Firm first, as Id had a good experience in SC with them. Very quickly, we realized that we should have gone to Sit & Sleep, and so we did. This store is a revelation in mattress buying! The sales manager in Pooler, Josh, is one of the nicest, most helpful, and PATIENT men Ive ever encountered! He answered every question we had, he was knowledgeable, he did NOT pressure us, he gave us ZERO fluff information, he guided us but was NOT pushy in any way, and made the entire process SO EASY. It was truly a pleasure to work with Josh. We decided to pick up the bed ourselves, so we went to the warehouse in Savannah. There, we met Ryan, who was JUST AS AWESOME! He, too, answered the couple of questions wed come up with, was polite and friendly... I am SO HAPPY we ended up at this store, and that the money we spent is going to a local family, not some corporate nightmare! If you need a bed, there is TRULY no other choice in Savannah. Shopping Sit & Sleep was the absolute best customer service experience I believe weve EVER HAD!!! Thank you so so much, Josh and Ryan!!! You guys are AMAZING!!! OH! And the bed. My goodness the bed. Gary (store owner) and Ryan picked up the pieces when their competitor (Mattress Firm) totally dropped the ball and caused my wife and I to have to sleep on the floor because we could not pick up our mattress due to the store being closed when their posted hours clearly said they should be open.Gary was knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure. He had the model we wanted in stock and ready to go. Ryan (his warehouse manger) made quick work of loading and securing the mattress, foundation, and bed frame in the bed of my rental truck. Selection was superb, service was excellent, and on top of it all, Gary saved me over $80.00 and provided a better quality product.If you are in need of mattress, skip the Mattress firm stores on every corner and take my advice and go see Gary & Team and Sit & Sleep. After attempting to purchase a mattress from a nearby store with awful customer service and exhorbant prices, walking into Sit & Sleep Mattress was a breath of fresh air. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in pairing down my needs and sleep preferences. He suggested the King Koil Bella Euro, a “Goldilocks perfect fit” of not too firm and not too plush. I absolutely loved it in store and purchased it - a couple of nice perks: it came with a mattress protector and two pillows and free delivery. Needless to say, I’m so happy with the service I received and purchase I made at Sit & Sleep! Will update upon sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks.
