Both of my visits to Eyeglass Maxx were very good. All the salespeople were very helpful. Today, Debi went out of her way to give me special attention far above what I have experienced elsewhere. Plus, I can now see better!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICEEE!!!So I bought some blue framed O’Neil sunglasses, and they happened to get a pressure crack so I call up and talk to Debbie and she got ahold of Jamie. After talking it over they totally made sure I had a pair of sun glasses for the beach loaning me the black frames and then bringing down a blue pair to put my lens back into. Couldn’t be happier!! They best service hands down. I ran over my glasses every place I called was 3 weeks out for an eye exam. They took me in next day and gave me an appointment minutes before they closed. They stayed an hour extra after closing just to make me a pair of temp glasses for work. I couldnt have asked for better service.

The store was easy to maneuver and very very clean. Dr was great, I had some issues and he comforted me and fixed my problem. Debi was amazing....fast, professional and very kind and made sure I was happy. I love love love my new glasses and will never go anywhere else. Thanks again to an amazing team!!!

Absolutely LOVE Jamie and the team at Eyeglass Maxx! I’d travel just about anywhere to see them. I’ve worn glasses since I was 3 years old and have had my fair share of experiences. My prescriptions are right on with Eyeglass Maxx and they have an awesome selection of frames. Jamie is the best and always helps me choose the frame I’m looking for, definitely goes above and beyond to get me exactly what I want. Honest, fair pricing, friendly staff, awesome Doctor, amazing prescriptions, wonderful frame selection. Why go anywhere else?? I actually made my mother an appointment for when she visits from Michigan.

The staff was very thorough and professional. The ladies took their time and made sure the fittings were accurate. Their follow through to clean up after each patient was reassuring. Ill be back!

Jamie spent lots of time with me selecting the frames that complimented my face. I appreciated his honest opinion. I had a coupon and he didnt push me to spend more on my glasses although I did upgrade my lenses a little and Im very pleased with my progressive lenses.I live in Kansas City most of the year and he told me if I happened to have any issues with my glasses, I could mail them to him ..,, this put my mind at ease although Ive not had any issues.I will definitely buy another pair from him when I return in October.

Customer service is the best. I live in North Port and loved the ease of going to their North Port office. I was a bit concerned when they closed and I had to go to Port Charlotte. Nothing to worry about. The friendly service was still there, the displays were larger with more glasses to choose from. The prices are great, but I will return because of the customer service. You cant beat someone going out of their way at 5 p.m. to take care of two pairs of glasses for you. One of which you couldnt leave because you needed them to drive. Great place, great people.

Came in with a script from another doctor. They were very patient while I took my time choosing my frames. When I finally chose them, the process was very quick and painless. .the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When my lenses came it I was notified immediately. Shortly after the lenses were cut and I had my beautiful new glasses!I highly recommend coming here for your glasses! Their service is great and their prices are incredible. I took my son to have glasses made in an emergency on 8/18/17. The selection is huge, and the prices are great. He got two pair (one eyeglasses, one prescription sunglasses) for less than $100. He had his glasses in about an hour and he was very happy with them. I will definitely be taking my husband there to get new glasses, as well as myself. The gentleman was very friendly, and very helpful. Awesome service, super friendly, and great prices!! What more could you want? Eyeglass Maxx in North Port is now my go to place for eyeglasses!! Jamie goes the extra mile with the absolute best customer service! My brother needed glasses pretty badly. When Jamie overheard us talking about our mothers funeral the next day, he went in the back and prepared the glasses for my brother personally (in ten minutes!) so he could have them for the service. Jamie, youre the best! Affordable, great selection, super convenient location and people who care. What more can anyone ask for? Will be back for more glasses soon!

James the owner is the most understanding person that I have ever met. 2 years ago I went to his store with a question about my hard to clean eyeglasses. He answered my question and gave me a few cleaning cloths. And as I was departing his store, he told that when I needed glasses come back and see him. well Eyeglass Maxx does not take my insurance. But before I purchase my new glasses I did go back to see James. James was not in, I was helped by Debbie instead. You know I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses for just a little more than I would have for 1 pair with my in network provider. I highly recommend The team at Eyeglass Mass

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband Tim Wilson, as he has already given a review. The after sale customer care that Jamie and his staff gives is the best that either one of us has seen. I sat on Tims glasses and they were replaced with no question ask. Also Tim had a issue with the no glare coating 6 months after the sale and once again were replaced at no charge. We both highly command Eyeglass Max, Jamie and his fine staff.

This place is fantastic! My dog chewed up my daughters o ly glasses. I called made an appointment they got me in the same day, eye exam and two pairs of glasses fantastic price and they came in the next day. Wonderful service, I recommend them to everyone who needs glasses.

The employee who helped me was awesome. He took great care of me. It was expensive for the frames I liked, but it was worth it. It only took a week to get it and they look great.

I got Glasses with the works scratch uv etc ( good looking ones @ that) and 4 boxes of premium contacts with eye exam for a little more than I paid for 2 boxes of contacts with eye exam @ walmart. I hadnt had my eyes checked for over three years and kept putting it off as I have head tremors which makes it difficult to have an eye exam. Dr. Thompson reassured me the exam would be fine. Well, when I put my new glasses on, I couldnt believe how great I could see. Dr. Thompson gave me back my eye sight. I would recommend Eyeglass Maxx to everyone.

Dont go. The sign out in front of store says $99.00 for progressive. When you go into the store the cheapest is $298.00.

Cheap awful quality. The workers are nice but the quality of glasses, even the upgrades are the worst ever. On the 2 replacement and they are falling apart, peeling finish....just a sad mess.

Just got my new Betsy Johnson glasses progressives $266.00 Cheaper than other places.Comparing apples, to apples. this place has a different selection of frames. Have been to this place a couple of times. No complaints.

Good luck trying to get an appointment for an eye exam! They only have one optometrist who ONLY works on Thursdays. Bummer. Shameful they would advertise eye exams, only to have such a tiny window for exams.
