My Apts got canceled 2x at the Punta Gorda office, port charlotte done the same thing, im no longer finding it cinsodence that both Dr.s has had emergency leaves, thats 3 days off work, 3 canceled Apts, how ridiculous, its even a bit of a emergency

The review above by Ralph Sardo is incorrect. We have no record of him ever being a patient here and I did not speak with him. Contact lenses require a prescription and would be required to receive any contact lenses of any type.

DONT GO HERE!!! VISION CENTER!!! DONT GO HERE!!! I was treated like an unwanted third class citizen. I pay good money at Walmart Vision Centers for Exams lenses for my self and my family. When Mr. Cappola OD found out I had no money to pay for 1 trial lense he refused to help. I have been out of work due to Covid and waiting on unemployment. I start work next week and only have 1/contact and cant see. The Cappola OD refused to help with what is normally a free trial lense. Its possible my skin is to dark for Cappola to help. DO NOT GO HERE!!?!

The staff here are so helpful and friendly. One of the Opticians, Kevin, talks to each customer as if they are old friends. Every time my son tweaks or breaks his glasses they do all they can to make them like new.
