Seriously addicted to this store they have everything at great prices and decent quality perfect for that item youre really only going to use once or twice and you dont want to break the bank to purchase it.

I got to the store in Port Charlottle to buy an arbor press and asked about one they had on the shelf. The guy checked and said no they dont so I asked about the one next to it and he left to check and never came back so after 20 minutes I asked a young lady for help and she said they didnt have that one either, so I spent 25 minutes at the store to be told they had none of the two presses they had advertised. The real issue is standing there for 20 minutes and having to find someone else when the guy helping me blew me off. I WILL NOT return or recommend this store to anyone. So, So sad.

The young gentleman that helped us pick out a submersible pump was great! He was very helpful, quick and efficient.

We were able to buy a few things, but Harbor Freight did not have the E6000 glue

From our phone conversation with an employee to our walk in experience was top notch until it came to loading a heavy floor model tool box on wheels. Went around to the warehouse in my car and was met with a disgusted employee who immediately seeing our car shook his head and said it will not fit. He was disgusted that he had to unbox it complained throughout the whole process, later when calling the store to share my experience is when I found out the woman helping in the warehouse was the manager and allowed this type of behavior to a customer.

It took 2 hours to get a refund on a table saw that had never been opened.They gave me the run around.Many other problems. Dont buy anything gas or electric, its all Chinese junk.Hand tools only.

Cool store with lots if gadgets. Great prices but not everything is high quality. Some items definitely seem like you get what you pay for, but others seem like a good bargain. Worth taking a look if you need a tool thats going to be rarely used.

Harbor freight.It is what it is they got tools that I normally wouldnt buy because of 35 years is a mechanic the cheapest thing I ever buy is Craftsman. I happen to need a wrench that day and nobody had it not home Depot not Walmart not anybody so I had to travel all the way to Port charlotte. Store was nice people were nice just didnt have what I wanted and its not a store I would frequent.

If you need a tool for home improvement go there, price is good.

Whats to say about Harbor Freight that you dont already know? They have a universe of stuff for your house, car, boat, farm, shop, and more. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even during peak times you can get in and out quickly if you know what you need. If you dont know what you need, theres plenty of folks around to help you.

Found what I needed for half the price of walmart. Lots of cheaply priced items and tools that are quality made. Very nicely organized. Looked online for what I wanted and went in and picked it right up.

I enjoyed going there especially when I went to the checkout area and was unable to find what I was looking for. The young lady shut her register off and assisted me in finding everything that I needed, plus more.

Always have great service, even though it takes forever to check out. If there is only one register open and more than 2 people in line, I suggest browsing some more rather than spending 10 to 15 minutes in line -- kinda crazy. People were nice, store was clean and they are back to working their normal operating hours. Easy to see from the road and nice big parking lot. Easy to get in, a little difficult to get out if it is around rush hour.

Always find plenty of bargains and items to suit my needs at Harbor Freight Tools. Weve purchased over the years and their tools compare to any on the market in their range/class. My husband worked in commercial construction and his tools saw quite the work out. HFT lasted every bit as well as the big box store purchases at nearly half the cost.

Excellent customer service working with Dillen!!! She was extremely helpful and informative!! The store was clean and well laid out. Only downside was that they didnt have everything we needed.

Pretty busy, hard to get help, but once you got to the check out, you had help loading if you needed it.
