Called to see about a new sim chip for my stylo 4 and the guy gave me the run around told me he would sell me whatever I wanted but never gave me a straight answer on if they had what I was looking for.... Even told me to switch to T. Mobile 3 times in the short time I was on the phone. This is horrible customer service!!! Ive been with boost for 11 years or more and thats how you allow employees to treat people....UGH!!! Unacceptable Boost!!
