Great experience! I have pretty strong prescriptions and it’s a little complicated to find the right glasses/contacts. The doctor was great and very patient. It took me a couple tries to get everything right but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Also Steve is always extremely helpful and professional and offers the best costumer service ever! I’m very pleased with everything.

Im a local guide I try random places for things I need a review them.I can say some of the frames available I seen are ok in style an quality. Most place make lens the exact same polycarbonate plastic.So from that point forward I chose some basic frames an lenses

The Dr was great .great personality.The lady was great that signed me in. And when I called to see if my glasses were in she was very nice.But the guy I talked too was not nice.not very good custmer relations when I called.The lady said To call when Im in town to see if my glasses were in because we live so far away.The guy never checked he just said I will call u.

I have had a positive experience every time Ive dealt with Meijer Optical! The doctor is very kind and patient, she tolerated my fear of things in or around my eyes really well and was very gentle. The manager (I forget his name but hes the manager) helped me pick out frames and was very helpful and knowledgable. Ive had my glasses almost a year and they are still in great shape! No scratches at all, but I do take care of my glasses really well so that could be a factor. Also, recently my glasses were left in a tent after camping and when the tent got rolled up they were bent pretty bad. I took them in expecting to have to pay to repair them or to have to send them in. This was not the case at all! They got them all bent back into place within minutes and you cant tell they were ever bent! I will always return to Meijer optical!

I was very pleased with every aspect of meijer optical. They got me in right on schedule the Dr was very efficient and explained each exam in detail so that i could understand what i needed. For my eyes. The rest of the staff was equally prompt and professional, The exam and glasses were very affordable.

This Meijer optical is impressive. I went in for the 60% off (lens and​ frames) Memorial Day sale and assumed that it would somehow be too good to be true-it wasnt. In and out in 30 mins. Glasses will be ready the next day. I will be coming here next time I need glasses again.

Worst experience EVER!!** Update: Lens began to get scratched within weeks, even with the protective coating. Used only the lens care products Meijer said to use. 1 year later I can barely see out of my glasses due to the scratches. I will NEVER purchase glasses through Meijer Optical again. Id give negative stars if it was possible.---Pushed to order most expensive lens. Pushed to order progressives. Pushed to shell out most money.The optometrist said i HAD to have glaucoma test, and never mentioned there was an added fee for it.Took THREE WEEKS to get the glasses. Hated them. Brought them back and they are REFUSING to refund. Asked for single vision lens instead, and they told us we wont get any money back.They are con artists. Do NOT ever go there.Horrible. Worst experience ever!!!

Great place to get an eye check up and good choice of frames. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.

Staff is friendly, hours are ideal. Never imagined going to the eye doctor where I grocery shop, but it works out great for me.
